The room is a good size. Has a living room area and large table/counter for computer work. It is nice having a full size kitchen so you can cook some meals vs eating out all the time

I wish you had firm pillows and not just the soft feather pillows. I always have to go and buy a lot of pillows during my stay.

I had originally reserved the room for 4 guest and 2 could not make the trip. So, when I asked about keeping same room and adjusting the price for only 2 guest I was politely told "Because I had placed the reservation thru a 3rd party (booking.com) they were not allowed to make any changes or adjustments. I attempted to go to Booking.com and change my room request, but found no place I could do that. I accidentally used Booking.com this time, and just thought oh well I'll try it... But, 1st and last time !!! I will never plan on using Booking.com again !!! Thanks ... Home 2 Suites was Great... Booking.com was not so good !!!

Great location, room was large and had everything we needed for a few days stay.

Nothing major, but the decor of the room was just outrageous. Walls the same bright green color as the Grinch, a lamp so funky I had to ask my fiancé what it was. The entire room made us feel like we were in a Dr. Seuss movie. Needless to say, “trendy” or not, I cannot imagine that this decor will age well. It looks atrocious now; I can’t imagine how it will look to guests even five years from now.

This was our favorite room on our cross-country drive. The beds were so comfy. The shower pressure was great. The room was hugh. I'm very happy with our stay. The coffee was delicious

Got an upset tummy from the breakfast sausage.

Everything was modern and in great condition. I liked how close the pool and gym where to the lobby. Nice big towels in the pool area. The rooms were spacious. Nice breakfast selection and they had my favorite creamer!!

my only complaint was that the rooms seemed pretty humid despite the air being turned down. I’m not sure I can hold the hotel accountable for this because I didn’t know how one would go preventing it.

The omelettes and breakfast sandwiches were pre-done/packaged and only average, but waffles and oatmeal were nice. Kitchen had full sized refrigerator and microwave along with cups, plates, and silverware.

Extremely heavy entry door and pocket door to bathroom (difficult to close the latter completely since no real handle…only small latch).

It was very clean, nice, the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great for us, lots of variety and my somewhat picky little boys always found something they liked. The room with the 2 queen beds and a sofa bed was perfect for our family, plenty of room.

I just wished there was a bath tub for my kiddos in the room. It was just a shower, but not a huge deal. They just showered instead of taking a bath.

Breakfast was fine. I wouldn’t serve the pre-cooked eggs as to us they were rubbery.

I didn’t realize when we made our reservations that we were going through booking.com. When we arrived we had $100 gift card which we gave to the person registering us and they said that would go on our account it booking.com. Then I said we were to get senior, AARP or even a veterans family discount and they said we would have to check with booking.com again. When we left we had no idea how much we were being charged and if we got any discounts where did the hundred dollar gift card go. Hope someone can clear this up for us as we have two other trips planned this summer and I don’t know that I would want to go to this hassle again. The people at the desk had no idea what we were being charged and I don’t like that.

The rooms are huge, the kitchen well equipped, refrigerator with freezer, good coffeemaker, huge shower, comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast that you can bring upstairs in trays. But our favorite part was the workout facility and adjacent laundry. The equipment is outstanding. You can get a super workout while you do laundry and watch TV. I do calisthenics and there was ample floor space. The hotel is next to a super Kroger center with a sushi department and literally anything you could need. The parking lot is ample. The hotel has easy access to the freeway. We will return.

3 pillows instead of four, but the maid took cate of it quickly.

The staff welcomed our 2 daschunds with open arms. Vicky went above & beyond by calling us ahead of time to ask if we would like a floor room so it would be easier with the dogs. upon our arrival, Vicky met us & made sure our dogs felt welcome. we couldn’t have been happier!
