Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Mall Of St. Matthews

The common areas and room was clean and staff was professional. My husband enjoyed the breakfast which included potatoes and scrambled eggs. The location was next to St. Matthews Mall and closed to everything imaginable.

Upon checkout, the hotel charged for parking. When I asked the lady when this fee went into affect, she advised that they started charging a parking fee per day this weekend. I advised that when I booked this hotel on booking.com, that fee wasn't listed. She did credit off the 2 days of parking fees.

You can't really tell from the outside, but the hotel is very new with a clean and contemporary decor throughout. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and quiet, and well equipped for your stay. Two water bottles are provided free of charge in your room. I also was not charged a pet fee which I very much appreciated since I have a small, non-shedding dog. There are plenty of grassy areas around the hotel for walking your dog, and there is a nice mall immediately across the street where there are a lot of restaurant options. There is a restaurant at the hotel and alcoholic beverages are available.

Great location! Anything and everything was close by. I love that it had an indoor pool.

Pillows were not very comfortable, for the price it should include breakfast at the hotel restaurant, the pool was a little cool, and they charge a parking fee for parking in the parking lot🤷🏼‍♀️.

We did not like the food for breakfast. Before we arrived I try to speak with somebody in the hotel and I could, It was about a meals promotions that I got by email. I never could do it.

Booking.com misled me! They posted the wrong picture. The hotel was great--and I got what I paid for, a King room--but Booking.com's photo showed that a King room has two beds. It has just one. The hotel made no mistake. Booking.com did. The picture of a King room should show one bed, not two. I won't be using booking.com again. Also, I can't get them to respond to my issue. Their software just thinks my problem was about the hotel, not about booking.com. Booking.com is awful.

my granddaughter had a bowling tournament all weekend and this motel was right across the street from the bowling alley. It’s right in the middle of a Mall which was very convenient for down time.

there wasn’t one single thing I didn’t like about the property

The whole experience was wonderful! Our bartender was cordial and a joy to talk to. Good recommendations for dinner. Caesar salad and salmon were yummy

Fiona we exceptional. We had an issue with Booking.com that she speedily resolved. We had a Checjout issue on our bill, no big deal, and front desk immediately took care of it. Cleanest hotel we ever stayed in. Especially like flooring instead of carpet. Hotel was beyond our expectations.

Location was great off of 64 and close to restaurants and a grocery store for dinner and breakfasts. Facility was clean and beds were comfy. Area felt safe and staff were easy to work with!

no free breakfast, but that is okay. We enjoyed the choices around the area!

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed as comfortable as mine at home.

The 2nd elevator (car2) was a hit and miss with optimal working meaning at times it wouldn't take us to the first floor. We had to get off the elevator and onto the 1st elevator (car1) to get to the first floor.

a parking fee was charged on incidentals that was totally not warranted. Hotel is in the middle of a huge parking lot, loads of spaces & it was all self parking.
