The breakfast was very good and above other places I've stayed. The room was clean and the pool was also very nice. There was plenty of pillows in the room too!

If I pay a good amount to stay in a hotel room, I don't expect to have to pay for parking. I was very disappointed having to pay $16 to park somewhere I already paid to stay at. I was told I could park on the street, but there weren't any available. I've never had to pay for parking in all the hotels I've stayed with.

The room and hotel as a whole was very clean. The staff was very accommodating as well with our requests and questions.

Only thing I could add here is maybe parking as it has a small lot on site and another larger lot across the street. But, it really was not an issue at all getting back to the hotel between 11pm to midnight and finding a parking spot in the lot across the street. The car was safe and the walk is very short to the lobby. The location was great and I would happily book here again.

I loved the brightness and joy upon entering the building. Its festive. The staff were very nice. Genuine people. The rooms are lovely. Spacious and comfy. Loved the shower amenities. Great idea. View was fantastic.

Breakfast was the f'ing worst. Everything was bland and could not be saved with any seasoning. No variety. Not decent hot food. No decent cold food. No decent fruit varieties. Even the waffles turn out bad. No oatmeal. Grits were terrible. Just throw the entire kitchen in the trash. Also, didn't like the openness of seating. To close to the front door and I shouldn't have to cross up people entering the building to check in for me to sit down. Thats bad. Public entering with fresh germs on breakfast. Unsanitary.

The hotel was very clean and my room was a nice size and had everything I needed regarding the kitchen and bath. Exercise room had a lot of nice equipment. I also appreciated having dishes and silverware instead of everything being disposable.

The bedding was not comfortable. One of the items I pulled up to sleep under was actually a bed skirt. It would have been nice to have a blanket. This area is not the safest for a person traveling alone and there were a few times when I was walking to/from my car that I was a little worried about my safety.

spacious, clean and comfortable. location was great. really loved the room. also there was parking on the street that felt fine so we didn’t have to pay the minimal parking fee the first night.

the only issue was a weird stain on our bedspread that really shouldn’t be there. look like yea or something. should have been replaced. but the rest of the place was really great! missed breakfast both days. wish they had it open until checkout.

Our car was broken into along with a couple others. The hotel is great but the location is not safe.

 The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot breakfast could’ve been better.

housekeeping. They were knocking at the door around 9:30 in the morning check out was not until 12 stop disturbing peoples sleep.

The suite far exceeded our expectations and it was close to many restaurants, museums, art galleries. The staff was professional, friendly and hospitable.

We didn't like the parking situation in that there was a daily fee to park in the lot when it is located in an area of homeless some of which were panhandling. Desperate people could be led to desperate acts on vehicles, out of state vehicles m ore particularly... Also, there was a discrepancy upon check out in our costs between Booking.com and Home2Suites. It was quickly resolved but we had to trust the process as we traveled.

Beautiful hotel! Clean! Friendly Staff! Card Key required for entry into building!! Breakfast Bar was Amazing too! And actually good coffee!! 💙 Easy to find and close to hospital which is why we came to town!

Tweakers on the streets but that was not the hotels fault or responsibility, so honestly no complaints on the hotel itself!

Locarion was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Bath is very nice. Staff was awesome-everyone was friendly and helpful. My grandson loved the waffles with toppings!

Breakfast was not what I prefer. There were 3 cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, waffles with many toppings, apple and orange juice, and coffee and tea.
