Great breakfast, clean comfortable room Close to everything down town. Location was good. Other then noises next door n in hallway from same occupants of next door

I didn’t like noise made from next door. Yelling, laughing loudly. Then arguing of 4 people from same next door which started at 8:30 n going on till 9:45Pm. Called front desk n was told it was weekend, I explained I didn’t care about weekend, but I had Ben yo since 4 AM n I expected to get some sleep which was the reason I had paid to stay there. I feel that everyone should be advised of quite time consideration of other people. She, the front desk then said she would send security to speak to them. They did quite down.

Breakfast exceeded or expectations. Staff was very friendly. Room appeared to be neat and clean.

I originally booked our room with the understanding that it was less than half a mile and within walking distance of the Expo Center. I understand that it was a high volume weekend and the price reflected that. However we was disappointed to find out that we could not walk to the Expo Center and had the added expense and wait for taxis and Ubers. Just a suggestion that it not be listed as within walking distance of the Expo Center.

Everything but your booking site being I had to call and wait over 45 minutes to get it fixed because the credit card that YOU was giving kept being declined. I pd for this trip way before I went and it showed pd on my end but kept declined. I talked to someone on chat and they said they would fix it and reimburse me something bit amagine that haven't seen or heard from anyone. What a joke your customer service is.

Get better customer service for your company meaning booking.com. I got no where and had my son throwing a fit for over 45 min while I am trying to get into the rm but they won't let.me because it wasn't pd for on your end kept being declined.

The size of the room was perfect for our family of three! Everyone had some space to themselves. We liked the room view and the setup (Bar/microwave, desk, sofa, toilet & sink, sink & shower). The breakfast was very good, too. We especially loved the staff - everyone from the manager to the desk, to the cleaning staff. Every person we met was so friendly, kind, and helpful. We travel a lot and to have everyone be so hospitable all the time is a special treat.

A hot tub would be a great addition to the pool area!

a comfortable hotel not new but clean location was very good close to everything- rooms very large and spacious with a good feel room had a small bar area and large couch. Breakfast was well set out and had everything you needed or wanted and a great viewing area to look out. plus coffee n drinks in the lobby . security walking around parking area

Cleanliness of my room and the friendliness of the front desk staff. Very helpful.

Parking garage was very convenient and made me feel safe walking from my car to the hotel. However, there is not a designated path from the garage to the hotel. I seen a sign that said stairs and elevator , but it was not helpful. Just seems that a safer path designated from each floor of garage that is clearly marked would be helpful and an added plus to someone's stay, especially if traveling alone.

Great room- lots of space. Comfortable bed and pillows! Modern, stylishBreakfast-8:30 they ran out of items or were scarce… napkins, cups for water, all bagels and only white bread left. Pastries were about gone. No more we’re coming. Only reg coffee was served. No decaf

Ran out of parking spaces in the garage. Frustrating. And there was an overnight charge for parking

Beds were very comfortable and front desk staff super sweet and helpful. Close to the hospital and they waved our parking fees because of being there due to a family member being at UL hospital.

The bathroom shower wasn't very clean and the staff on 2nd floor breakfast area were very rude and broke down the breakfast foods while we were trying to get our plates, 30 min early. Need better security for parking, was approached by an aggressive homeless man wanting money while trying to enter at the gate. He had some kind of badge on, standing by the gate so we thought he worked there.

Renea, the front desk person was very accommodating with her info on the city sites. We had an issue with a stopped up sink and she made sure that it was fixed. All of the staff were very friendly greeting us when we came in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a variety of breakfast foods. Location was excellent walking distance to sites to see, restaurants to eat at and in/ out from interstate. A beautiful park and walking trail were close by to enjoy the outdoors

Nothing to do with the facilities. Did not like the homeless coming up to us and asking for money
