Simply superb!! The view was gorgeous, and the suite was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and organized. I didn’t see a speck of dust! Modern beach decor was beautiful. It was so quiet even though there were people in the other hotel rooms. It felt like our own private property. We cannot wait to return!!!

It felt uncomfortable not to have some kind of non-slip mat or adhesive in the bathroom tub because it was somewhat slippery with the soft water. As someone who cannot afford a fall, my elderly mother and I both felt uncomfortable to move while taking a shower for fear of slipping. It would have been nice to have some drawers in the bedrooms and bathroom too, but that was only a minor observation. We truly loved it here!

Everything! The staff was super friendly checked in with you daily to see if you needed anything. The grounds is truly beautiful and rooms are spacious

They had a event going on which they ended up having a big tent on the lawn so it was an eye sore. With the event going on I felt like we couldn't enjoy the grounds as much due to them using most of the lawn space for the event

We loved the peaceful surroundings with the most amazing views of Nubble light, beautiful landscaping with a sweet floral scent in the air and the heated saltwater pool! The townhouse we stayed in was comfortable and beautifully laid out with views from the living room and the covered patio.

we stayed on first floor end unit. noise was unacceptable from upstairs. we could hear every step, flush and movement from the unit above. couldn’t sleep with all the noise. with all the great things this is a dealbreaker. don’t stay on first floor if you decide to stay. unfortunately nothing we could do. sad since the location and view are so great.

There is no question this is one of the best views in Maine. You look out onto the Nubble lighthouse. The grounds and pool are lovely. The suite was large and gorgeous with a balcony looking out on the ocean. It’s located out of downtown which we liked. It has smart TVs! Almost right across the street is a very popular ice cream stand.

We reserved a suite and the 3 bedroom house. Maybe I missed something in the description but I didn’t realize that the house was across the street and very ordinary. Most of our party had to stay there and cross the street to come to the suite and enjoy the grounds and view. If we had rented only the house, this would be a negative review given that we had no notice the house was across the street in a parking lot. The furniture in the suite is stylish but not comfortable.

The location, facilities and staff were all amazing! Really appreciated the text-option for communication with office staff both for check-in as well as needs during the stay. Also appreciated the attention to environmentally-friendly products, and availability of compost & recycle options. Amazing coastal views, peaceful setting, clean, simple, comfortable facilities: everything we were looking for! :)

Viewpoint and the staff are amazing. Rooms are beautiful and the view is breathtaking. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and when we arrived they had a bottle of champagne and a note for us. They even brought immediately some throw blankets when I asked if the had more blankets. Place is super clean and holistic. Communication is great and easy. I would recommend this place 100 %

The only thing I was not able to get use to was the bed because it's a memory foam, but that's something my body doesn't do well with. Also upstairs was a bit noisy, but that's in most places you are on the bottom floor.

This is a little hidden gem in South Maine.., When I arrived and saw the view all rooms have of the Nibble Lighthouse ... I almost cried! You feel you are inside of a post card! The room is so tastefully decorated... so clean!! Can’t say enough about the grounds and the tables just by the ocean!!! I don’t want to say much more because I want to keep this place secret! In all, one of the best places I have stayed ever!!

I liked everything!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We can not say anything bad about the place or staff. Staff went above and beyond and helped us out in every way they could. Every question we asked they were right on top of it with in minutes. From places to eat, to where the building materials were purchased that were used in the room. Could not ask for better staff or accomadations. Can not wait for our next trip out to The View Point.

Beautiful location with views of the lighthouse and ocean. Enjoyed the outside chairs to relax and enjoy. Had most everything one needed in the room. Well thought out!

A bit musty smelling but we opened the windows and cleared right up.
