Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cumberland

We were there with one of the bands for rock the Mt. When I say your place was the cleanest nicest hotel, i truly mean that. I even told the lady at the front desk how amazing it was so beautiful and clean with the absolute friendliest staff!! Your staff hosted some very amazing (even famous) musicians and even with a full house both nights you ALL provided so many of us with a great stay in Cumberland MD. We hope to return next year for this event. Top Notch All The Way Around!! Thanks so much!!

Absolutely nothing!! Everything down to the view of both stages was perfect this past weekend.. Great Job Fairfield Inn Employess!! Every single one of you were great host to so many of us crazy Rockstars 😊🤟

We made the trip to ride the Great Allegheny Rails to Trail bike path. This starts in Cumberland so the hotel location was perfect at the start . But, we also stayed at this hotel for 2 additional nearby legs of the trail located in Meyerdale and Rockwood so in all we were very happy. The hotel also featured and indoor pool and hot tub for after the ride relaxing. Numerous Good restaurants are within easy walking distance.

We liked the whole experience and would do it again.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were great. Parking was easy. Breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom were very clean and nice.

It was a bit on the pricey side. I know that you get what you pay for with hotels, but I have stayed in many other hotels that were a bit cheaper and still had the same quality. Other than the cost, this hotel is great.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything went smoothly and the staff were very friendly. Very clean with a large bathroom and no noise. The beds were comfortable, although the room was cozy. A large breakfast area with adequate food items. A few more healthy options would have been a plus. Parking area was well lit.

The breakfast could have been a little better with healthier options as part of the main foods.

I like that it was sparkling clean everywhere. It was a perfect location to easily get to the attractions. If the weather had been warmer I would have walked to the ones so close by. Love that you even have a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and laundry.

The few hot breakfast items weren't too good. I tried two different ones. Would rather have had a fresh bakery donut. BUT the variety of everything else made up for it, and convenience of course.

Pool Hours. Suite was decent and spacious and clean for the most part. I still lysol the entire place just in case.

Our room was not provided with Towels. We had to go and grab them ourselves from the pool . I tried calling housekeeping but they never answered. We also saw another lady grabbing towels as well from the pool who tookl it up to her room. The pillows we're horrible. All Flat and didnt hold shape. I had to call housekeeping to get 2 pillows and the difference between the pillows we got and the pillows on the bed were completely different as far as shape and firmness and quality. The ones we got were fluffy and held their shape and not separating in the pillow case.. They should've just thrown those pillows out in my opinion because it was as if your lying flat on the mattress anyways. NO POINT.

We loved everything! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, nice big screens to watch movies, beautiful places to walk, kind, caring staff, great house keeping! It was clean everywhere, etc.

It was much too warm in the dining room.

The breakfast was ok, the bacon had no taste.it would be nice to also have French toast or pancakes.

The shower curtain needs to be longer, because it barely comes over the tub, and you have to make sure the water doesn’t get the floor wet.

Great facilities. Comfortable, clean, modern. Love the hot tub. Bicycle wash and repair station at the side entrance was super useful.

I thought that our weekday stay was a bit pricey at about $150 for the night. But then our Saturday stay ended up costing us about a hundred dollars more than that for the night! Ouch!!!!

Liked the location and renovations. Need better pillows that are not so squishy. And better coffee supplies in the room. Breakfast was good and convenient.
