Best Western La Plata Inn

Breakfast was great! Lots of options for hot foods & they even switched up some of the items day to day. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, location was good - close to food, gas stations, and even a car wash. Soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner were in the bathroom.. along with a hair dryer & small coffee maker. Staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. Plenty of parking (was able to park right in front of my room's window which was great!) even with an event going on in town. AC worked, clean towels, fluffy pillows. Overall, a great hotel for the price!!

The shower was a little confusing but a quick call to the front desk fixed the issue. Other than that - can't say anything was bad about my stay. Will definitely be back next year.

We have been coming to this location once or twice a year for the last 10 years. The food has gone down hill. I paid for a double room, and was given a regular room. Told the front desk, she said I got what I reserved. On top of that, the TV didn't work. At least he did bring us another one, after about an hour. Sorry to say, but I think we are going to give another place a try, next trip.

I always liked the hotel. I have stayed here many times. always felt safe here.

Only things I didn’t like about the hotel was the towels were too hard. the pillows are too little and didn’t have full size pillows. They were little square pillows. They need to put bigger and wider trash cans in the rooms. You can barely put trash in the cans and they fill up really quickly. More Vegan options for breakfast for people who are vegan. Other then that the hotel stay was great.

Loved handicap shower was large enough and included a shower chair. Very helpful for someone like me who is handicapped.

Air conditioner was off when I first arrived in room making room very hot and humid. The extra humidity made the floor at the door and bathroom very slippery and I almost slipped and fell upon entering because I wasn’t expecting the floor to have such condensation from the room being so humid. The window was also open on a day that was over 90 degrees making the room even hotter. I shut the window and turned on the ac but had to wait 2 hours in the hot room until the AC could cool the room off.

The front desk clerk was just as friendly as our last visit (wonderful)! Our room was perfect! The visit, overall, was a pleasant experience. I believe that my fiancé and I will check into this hotel again in the future.

Although I know it is not under the control of the hotel... making a U-turn to get to the hotel. With other drivers speeding along Crain Highway, it was an unsafe challenge to encounter. I'm just happy that it did not conflict with my experience.

Nice King Suite, had to be upgraded because the room I booked they didn't have any of. Enjoyed having a real thermostat and nice comfortable bed.

Didn't really feel safe, lots of people hanging around outside, front desk was doing some shady stuff for a group of men before we got checked in. So we made sure to take our CW with us to the room and all of our personal things.

Love the location, the staff was great especially the lady who runs the breakfast excellent personality. Also thanks to Cassandra who kept her word when I called because I left my black dress bag with my husband and I clothes she advise she will look for it and if found she will call me and she did within a couple of hours. I love the integrity 👏. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Great job. Thanks

I have no complaints

The location was great, easy to find. Check in was easy and the staff was great. No trouble parking. Breakfast was more than expected and coffee was always available. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Just what I was looking for!

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The location and price. Even though we checked in at one in the morning, they were very pleasant.

There was a small stain at the end of my bottom sheet. I had the maids come in while we were out. When we got back, the first thing I did was check the sheet. Stain was still there. I did tell the desk about it right away. They had the maid come and fix it. She acted like I had done something wrong.

Excellent breakfast well, as the breakfast staff were very polite. The front desk receptionist, who was a man that checked me in, was very polite and courteous. My room was very clean and neat, and I did enjoy my stay. On my next visit to the area, I will highly book this hotel again.
