Residence Inn by Marriott Waldorf

My first time actually being able to take advantage of the breakfast due to covid closing etc. It was excellent! Very impressed with quality and options!!!

For a non-smoking facility I was extremely disappointed. Numerous rooms I passed as well as ones near me were obviously smoking. Mostly weed. I have no problem with that other than it was inside the premises and could be smelled even inside my room. Overwhelming at times. Also, in the evenings, I noticed a lot of sketchy activity outside in the rear parking. It was obvious that there were some drug/weed deals going on. I have never had any complaints on my previous stays and I hope that these matters will be addressed so I may enjoy future stays. Newly added parking fees were unexpected and disappointing. I feel that is an unnecessary expense to guests. I did report to the front desk and she took my complaints graciously and sincerely.

Location was great. The staff was incredibly nice and competent. Breakfast was good. The amenities inside the room were great. Everything you really need to stay.

Hotel a little out of date. Kitchen table had broken leg. Cabinet door under sink was broken. Main Door to unit (212) looked like it had an attempted break in with a pry tool of some sort at some point in time. It was a little disheartening walking up to the door the first time and seeing that.

We liked the convenient location at the intersection of two Maryland highways that allowed us easy access to both National Harbor and Annapolis for day trips...

Breakfast was not what was pictured on the marketing materials. There were no breakfast potatoes and the waffle machine was out of order for our three night stay.

The location is excellent. The suite layout is quite nice as well. The breakfast choices were really great. The staff is kind, courteous and helpful.

The elevator floor was not vacuumed over the entire time of my stay. It was a definite detraction.

It didn’t smell like marijuana in the rooms or halls. very quiet and the WiFi was strong, good parking, well lit. Good proximity to restaurants, etc.

I did notice several vehicles with flat tires parked on the backside of the property. These should perhaps be towed away.

The check in person was very friendly and the process was really quick. The room was very nice and clean. The free breakfast was really good. It was a really great hotel to stay in. They even have us water when we checked in just all around great place to stay.

We like everything - it was clean, cozy, comfortable. Breakfast was good. All the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would thank the lady in the breakfast room. The management made a great job to revive the property after Covid.

I have no any suggestions - everything was good enough. The outdoor facility - a fireplace, for example, may be improved a bit. But for us it was not important.

I love the fact that everything was clean and easy going. Any issues or questions I had was answered and solved very quickly. Also the fact they finally have hot breakfast back ! Was glad to not receive a brown bag

It was disappointment the pool wasn’t open. However it’s understandable due to covid ! So I can by pass that .

Fully equipped room. Complementary breakfast.

Noisy air conditioning and fridge. Also walls are too thin, could hear the next door guests snoring.

The breakfast was grab and go, so cereal, fruit, yogurts, items like that. Not terrible considering we are in the pandemic. It was nice having even that.

I cannot think of anything. I traveled with two kids and two dogs, and everyone behaved and no-one seemed to be bothered by one of my dogs barking, so I appreciated and enjoyed the stay.
