Holiday Inn Express - Waldorf, an IHG Hotel

From the time we walked in immediately greeted with a smile. Our room was cozy and the beds are super comfortable. Nice size refrigerator and works perfectly. It also has a microwave too! Let's talk about the mirror in the bathroom.... the best selfie lighting ever lol. Oh, what surprised me the most was Dove Products... my skin was soft and fresh all weekend. We smoke cigars and the location was less than 3 minutes away. Breakfast is over at 9:30am however you might get lucky to still get an omelets, turkey patties, pork sausages, bagels, hot/cold cereal, and muffins like we did at 9:45am... I just found a new appreciation for Holiday Inn Express.

The indoor pool is very small. And they don't accept cash when checking in. I wanted to pay with cash and add my card just incase for incidentals.

Staff very nice. The lady at the front desk was very nice and knew I had been there before so check-in was a breeze. I'm a hotel staycation snob junkie lol. I like staying at different hotels. The best sleep I EVER had in the 7 years I been in MD. The mattress was very comfortable. Need to get one for home (lol) THE BEST SLEEP😴 The breakfast was delicious😋 Awesome! This is now my favorite hotel in Waldorf.❤️

The lil thugs in the back of the hotel blastinf music, smoking and drinking like it was their hangout spot. It didn't last long, thank God! Still has the best stay!

Friendly staff, the hotel had a pool, the free breakfast in the morning with lots of variety, the beds were clean, the bathroom was clean, the location was on point because there were so many stores and restaurants and entertainment nearby.

The pool could be a little bit more updated, The bathrooms could be a little bit more bigger, I feel like if someone books a room with four people there should be enough towels for four people I also believe that towels should be delivered daily

The room we got is at the very end. Room 139. It was very clean and huge. However, on our second night, it was very difficult to sleep as you could hear veeeeeeeeeery loud music until 2 in the morning. Must be the neighbor. Then, from above, you'd hear running once in a while.

room cleaning service can be improved. the first few days the room was well cleaned but then the sheets were just being pulled, floor was not well cleaned, but after I spoke to the front dest and they were some changes but It can still be improved

Professional, friendly staff and clean, comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was very good as well.

The thin walls. Could hear my neighbor urinate, and the kids above sounded like they were going to fall through the floor.

Breakfast was excellent and ready ahead of posted times. surcharge for pets was very reasonable, unlike many hotels. Room was clean and my special requests were confirmed within 5 minutes of booking

Minor, but, fan in bathroom is VERY loud. not a deal breaker

Being in the room next to the kitchen with not great because of the early morning activity, which you could hear through the door/wall. We will request a different room in the future, but would stay here again no problem.

The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the cleaning lady. The beds were also comfortable, including the pillows which I was grateful for since I forgot mine at home. I also appreciated their efforts to provide breakfast (though limited) despite COVID restrictions.

Since the room is small, it was difficult to find the right temperature, especially since one of the beds was close to the a/c unit. In order not to freeze my child sleeping closest to the unit, the temperature had to be constantly adjusted which made the room either too cold or hot at times.

clean and comfortable

the general manager was unapproachable and refused to resolve my issue. she kept charging my account repeatedly even after my account payment was resolved and cleared my bank. I had to call corporate who kept going back to her
