Hampton Inn Waldorf

What is most important is the cleanliness and the room and hotel surpassed my expectations. I will use this hotel the next time I have family visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not get everyone’s name but I do remember Hassan who was professional and super helpful. There were other staff members at the front desk when we checked in and the woman working in the cafe all were top-notch.

It was one of the most expensive hotels in the area. Another hotel in the area was one third of the price. It’s a chain where I usually stay when I’m out of town but the Waldorf hotel had very bad reviews about cleanliness.

I had to leafve my room while the housekeeping staff changed one bed and left towels. However, she did not leave enough towels (e.g. floor towel and another bath towel and cloth) and was to return but never did. Aso although only asked for one bed to be changed and clean towels, she did not bother to empty the trash can in the bathroom that was running over and in her visibility as she was in the bathroom.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee station across the lobby,

TV - Roku live tv channels did not work, remote for tv was weak, could not move box yo improve responsiveness, tv was not adjustable, direct view only from beds lack of actual channels, good if you want to know the traffic in Houston, This was on Tubi, local news channels in morning were repeated so the time shown was not accurate

Went for family funeral. Staff was awesome. The breakfast was good and fresh. It all was hot and easy food. Room was comfortable and very clean. Loved the huge shower as a tall guy.

Not the hotel's fault but very hard to get cab or uber early in morning because of location. So highly suggest if need to go to the Airport, reserve one ahead if possible.

Very clean and spacious environment, close too a lot of essential places.

The front desk staff was very rude. Carried an attitude and stank face the entire weekend. I received a room different from the original reservation because all the rooms were sold out. Very inconsiderate rude. I'm from out of town we had a lot of kids in our party it was very unwelcoming.

I loved the enthusiastic and hospitable welcome at registration. I mentioned it. Room met my finicky expectations for sleanliness. Breakfast was great, with my favorite being the oatmeal😋. Throughout stay all staff encountered were friendly and seemed glad to be there. Oh, loved the 12:00 checkout time.

Water drained slow from bathroom sink.

We enjoy the breakfast and the staff was great. Comfortable beds and very clean room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The Wi-Fi was a plus. Love the location being close to restaurants.

The staff was excellent and accommodating.

First room had mold and mildew in the bathroom and being allergic, I asked to change rooms. Although no mildew, the caulking around the bathtub needed attention. There was a large crack in the sink.

The rooms are so beautiful! the breakfast was mediocre, the second morning was a lot better than the first morning breakfast but hey, that’s hotel food for ya! It was still fulfilling and good! The staff were amazing.

We had zero dislikes about the property!

Everything, the girl working the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions and got us checked in fast. The room was clean, bed was comfortable!

Wish they had more breakfast options, but it wasn’t bad.
