We Loved the staff, they were very friendly and attentive. We also loved the food. We had Salmon Salad for dinner, and the next morning, we had an egg white omlete for breakfast. we wish we couldn't have stayed another night. We were very impressed!

This was a nice double room with enough room for bags and walking space. The bathrooms were clean and the tile work was appropriately maintained. The entrance was welcoming and the staff greeted us promptly and we were in our room within minutes of arrival.
I believe everything was on par with what is a typical expectation for this brand of hotels. My expectations were met.

I LOVED the staff! They were warm and welcoming and super helpful. They remembered us and for instance, when my mom was looking for me, they was able to tell her where I was. The parking was ideal. The Food in their lobby was excellent, the wait staff was superb! The beds were so comfortable. The location was PERFECT! Only 4 minutes away from the venue where my daughter's wedding was being held. We will be back!
The room was dated and some of the bathroom fixtures was rusty. The air conditioning unit was spewing some kind of weird particles that looked like bugs, but it wasn't.

Fox News channel was preprogrammed. That is a huge deal breaker. The elevator floors were cracked and outdated. The lemon/lime water in the main lobby stayed empty the entire weekend. No free breakfast. Signs say mask mandatory but a few guests were waking around without them and even at the front desk checking in.

The location was good for me. I did not eat breakfast. The staff was friendly and my room was clean. For the most part everything was good.
The desk in the room was unbalanced and had dried up glue or something on it. When taking a shower the tub filled up with water, drain was not working properly.
