Hampton Inn Chicopee - Springfield

Theres alot of restaurants near by and stores.

There was no conditioner in the bathroom, tissues ran out, i was left on hold for 20 mins, they seemed short staffed, extra money was taken out which didnt happen on my first stay supposably a refundable fee just to make sure the room was fine when i left. They charged me a whole day later around 3pm.

Aside from the so-so breakfast, everything else about the stay was very good, comfortable, clean. We were only there for one night so I can't comment on other service but appreciate the fact that they are doing a very good job about sanitizing. They are also surrounded by numerous stores and restaurants and a Starbucks so if people prefer, they can walk or drive elsewhere for a bite. We returned home quite late from Tanglewood and wanted something to eat even though we had had an early dinner. Applebee's is just a minute away, open quite late (still serving after 11:00 p.m.) and we were able to get something there.

Although they offer a hot breakfast buffet, It is mediocre. Considering that there is a sign there for people with special dietary needs, they should be offering things like whole wheat bread and other kinds of breads that are not sugar laden. Coffee was also so-so.

Clean faculty an room was clean an welcoming shower was super hot neaver got cold clean clean I would recommend to anyone an their are no bugs as soon as you walk in it smells so clean pool was amazing so clean an area was welcoming my family will be back you won’t be dissatisfied happy an nice staff. An free breakfast was amazing waffle maker they have juice bar an much more try it don’t deny it!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The office chair was not comfortable as the back of the chair was back too far and there was no way to adjust it. Pillows could have been a bit firmer. We could have used more towels. Miss daily cleaning-picking up of garbage and laundry.

Nice a d professional staff, very good breakfast, clean,affordable.

TV connection was a bad, freezing a lot. Freezer on mini fridge wasn't at the right temperature, things were melting.

We've never stayed t a place whose staff was so uniformly pleasant and competent. Every single person we encountered had a genuine smile and a quick response to a question - nothing seemed faked or artificial.

Everything was good,the only thing I will complain was about furniture needs to be updated.

Always the best are the beds. All the beds in this hotel were replaced in the last 90 days.

The breakfast room had no microwave. The eggs weren’t hot. The exercise room has no free weights.

The hotel and the location.

The reason that we stayed at this hotel was to get a good rest since we didn't sleep for two previous night because of power outage in our town. However, the people next door Room 218 with kids at 2:30 am in the morning they were banging the wall and the floor and the parents were screaming at the same time and we couldn't sleep at all. Then we had to call the night manager to stop them, however, after he left they continued banging and didn't care about any one at all. It was too late for us to check out at 2:30 am in the morning and look for another hotel.

I really liked the bed. It was so comfortable. I stayed in five star hotels before, but I did not have this kind of bed. Really curious to know the brand of the bed. Thank you.
