Elm Motel

We appreciate being able to stay at an affordable price as we my Dad has been in a nearby elderly home for 4'years. It's always clean and the staff is very nice.

W would have appreciated prior notice that the electricity would be shut off at 9am on 9/12. A nice woman came to our door to about 8:50am to let us know. Perhaps, they only received notice that morning.

The room was clean and spacious, the flooring appears to be brand new, the bathroom was larger than expected. Also, there is ample parking, the location is easy to find and close.to RT 202

The mattress was a little hard, but that's more personal preference. My only suggestion would be to add a door chain or some other additional safety lock on the interior of the door.

Did not know what to expect when we pulled in to the parking lot. Its an older motel and expectations were not high. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and everything, when though it was older, worked great. We were comfortable during our stay. And you can't beat the price for the area.

Honestly there really wasnt anything to dislike.

This is a small un-fancy motel but the rooms were clean, recently remodeled (remodeling is still going on on other rooms), and the two most important things - comfortable and reasonably priced.

Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The TV in the room stopped working the first night I was there. I let the office know, expecting them to deal with it in the morning but the owner came out at 8:30 at night to handle the situation.

You pull right up to your door . It’s an older Motel but the units have been redone top to bottom - no carpet !! Nice new floor . New bathroom - large fridge . Bright and I opened the back bedroom window and the bathroom window to get fresh air in and there are bushes and trees out back

Quaint, with huge comfortable bed, small fridge. It was like staying at my Grandmother's house in a spare room.

Only complaint would be my room faced the street and my curtain would not close all the way. So I had to dress in the bathroom.

Great value. Very comfortable.

Would have liked to have been told upfront what the wifi password was. Everything else was good.

We love the elm motel. Clean, quiet, great shower and tub. Nice refrigerator, comfy bedding, a.c., very nice staff. Tv/cable fine. Nice neighborhood out back for walks.

Nothing could be better. It's just right for us.

The coffee maker was missing the pot, maintenance workers were beginning work right behind my room at 7:30 AM
