Best Western Springfield West Inn

Room was great - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choices including fresh fruit and yogurt (and didn't try the pancake machine but they smelled great when someone else made one and I wish I would have tried one!) Staff was super friendly and helpful - even other hotel guests were friendly. I felt very safe - important as I was traveling alone.

Room was a bit stuffy - and I could hear traffic noise, but it wasn't at all bad and did not keep me from sleeping.

Loved having Both a refrigerator and a microwave. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.

I know that this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the town planners really need to get their act together. The access road going one way in each direction ,with few turns ,is a nightmare in accessing the hotel. This is a reason to discourage staying at this hotel. Access is a pain!

Super clean room and fresh laundered towels. All areas, front lobby, hallway and rooms were clean, vacuumed, and had a pleasant smell. Front desk staff was super friendly, and had a few laughs with them.

Only thing that we were slightly dissapointed with was 1 of the 2 matresses in our room, was a bit lumpy and not nearly as comfortable as the other 3 in the 2 rooms we rented. I slept on that one, and while not horrible, was a tad uncomfortable.

we were looking for a place for a quick overnight during a roadtrip. this place was easy to locate and clean. basic comforts & clean. beds were very comfy, and they had sheets and duvets instead of a bedspread, which i much appreciate. our bathroom door was dented, which was strange, but otherwise the place felt very clean and was certainly comfortable. they had breakfast included as well, which was convenient. hot breakfast as well as general continental options. great for a nice budget hotel.

I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast but I would like to point out the one staff member I had encounter with was Jeannine the front clerk who was above excellent she was absolutely fantastic and very accommodating she needs to be commended and recognized.

Toilet in the room was very low. Uts not a handicapped bathroom but it does need grab bars or something.

could have been cleaner; breakfast could be available for longer (finishes at 9 a.m.) but on the upside, staff were helful and gave me some milk at 9.45

This property was exactly what was expected and needed. It allowed us to hook up with family from other locations and get together. It is conveniently located and the cost was reasonable for the area. Breakfast was adequate. This hotel is a good value!

Room was a bit small even though it was adequate. Otherwise, it was very good and we had a nice stay. Would stay here again if everything remained the same.

Excellent size of rooms (queen suite), super breakfasts, comfortable beds, lots of storage, large bathroom.

We found out that Hilton has any pets, any time, anywhere. We feel this puts severely allergic people at risk, no matter how well the rooms are cleaned. The barking dog down the hall woke us at two in the morning.

Great ambiance, location and cleanliness

I put a card on hold for the room, when I got there I gave the clerk my Discover card for payment. she made a copy and still charged the room to my Visa (specifically told her I was paying with another card)..then explained to me she couldn’t cancel and redo payment😤

I liked them having waffles available for breakfast instead of pancakes. The bed and pillows were firm and comfortable. SInce they were working on the elevator, the hotel wasn't crowded. The hotel is located near stores I was familiar with and felt comfortable using as if I were at home.

The elevator didn't work, but I was only on the second floor.
