Red Roof Inn PLUS+ West Springfield

Room was comfortable. Staff was great. Location was perfect and it was very quiet. We were able to get a good night sleep which we very important to us after driving for 9 hours.

The room was non smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived. We found a half empty bottle of beer on the floor. Trash wasn't emptied. The lighting was terrible, we had every light on and still couldn't see very well. Trying to get ready for a wedding with dim lights was hard. The bathroom was very very small and the door didn't have a lock.

The price was great, the location was great, nice vinyl flooring, clean. There was a $50 extra charge at arriving for incidentals. They said I would get it back within 10 days after checkout. But after checking out, it was deposited back to me 2 days later. So that was very nice. Nice size refrigerator and a microwave.

No elevator, unfortunately, very small tv.

Nice updated room, close to restaurants, management put a stop to loud music when requested.

Asked for an extra pillow, didn't get it. Had to check out early due to family emergency at home and the first words out of the clerk's mouth was "you won't get a refund." Isn't that nice? As if one of these corporate chains would have a heart. Don't worry lady, I didn't expect one. Not these days.

Very convenient location, close to many amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet even though they are pet friendly. Air conditioning works great.

A little difficult to get into the property - there is a shared driveway with a restaurant. AC unit was set to 61 and could not be changed. But it did feel great!

The staff was the best part of my stay. They even helped me re-book my room through booking.com when I found out my house was still not ready.

They don't talk about having an ethernet connection. That is an awesome feature they have.They should advertise their ethernet connection availability. It would definitely boost there sales. Thanks to that connection. I was able to continue working. ADVERTISE YOUR ETHERNET CONNECTION!!!! I can't wait to go back!

The bed was big just as I requested, I also like the private entrances, the staff was very helpful, polite, friendly & accommodating. Thank you for everything!!!

The only thing was that we could of used more pillows for a king size bed and I wish the refrigerator had a little freezer because i just had dental work and needed frozen yogurt and stuff other than that just not having a chair to work to work at the beautiful L shaped desk (very nice and big)

Everything I even got to experience room service for the very first time here at red roof so that was nice. ;) But everything was great in my opinion. The check in was quick, beds were very comfortable. And I love the table that my room had.

Don't have any issues that comes to mind. everything went well in my book.

Good clean comfortable room, comfortable beds, Hotel allows Dogs, easy walk to many food joints, not hot of parking for large trucks or truck/trailer.

all good, We stay a lot at cheaper hotels and this was one of the nicer under $120.

Large and clean room! The fridge and microwave were a must! Staff was pleasant. Location very convenient to everything!

The staff was very friendly and had a great attitude considered they were shorthanded. Jeffery had excellent customer service and treated the customers great.

In the morning they were out of product for basic things like coffee and creamer.
