Friendly, polite, courteous service when I checked in. This was my first time in this state. The lady checking me in gave me a list of good restaurants, I really appreciated her kindness.
A better rate for people traveling for work. Being so far away from home and out making a living for the family is difficult. Any small thing can be a great gesture.

Great breakfast! Hotel staff were friendly and informed me of the amenities. They placed us in a quiet room, which was appreciated. Updated hotel, very trendy.
It was in a strange location. Close to things, like coffee shops, but there were empty lots with overgrown weeds across the street.

The location was perfect right off the highway. We asked at the front desk for dinner recommendation and she sent us to an excellent restaurant. We were traveling with our bikes and they let us bring them into the room. That is a bonus for us.

Front desk was pleasant at check in. The pool was good sized, which we were wondering about as there are no pool pictures on the website. The room was as expected and the room furniture was nice. The free breakfast was good and had some nice options.
No pictures of pool area. Was hoping pool area had a hot tub. Elevator was slow and made a vibrating noise.

There are some finishing and touching up some of the rooms need even with the updates seems certain details were overlooked .
