Homewood Suites by Hilton Holyoke-Springfield/North

We traveled in from Connecticut and have experienced many hotels. This is our favorite . The pool hands down is the best in New England ,and the location is perfect right off the highway w lots to do in the area.

The heavy pet smell but not a deal breaker . A plus for this hotel still . I will return . I love the hotel , The staff are nice and friendly . The hotel is gorgeous, bathrooms are clean, overall place is very classy, and well kept. The pool keeps us coming back . A plus for the hotel and staff.

The staff was so nice. I liked the kitchenette and the location was close to the mall and the highway. Our first floor room was close to a side door so we could let the dog outside with ease. There was a lot of green space to walk.

Would like a little more variety with the breakfast.

The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfy. Enjoyed the basketball coast amd the free coffee amd Tea.

The shower wash dispenser was empty and when I asked the front desk staff to have it filled, they gave me a couple bars of soap instead. That is not what I wanted. There was also very little fresh fruit at breakfast. It ran out very early.

Basically a small apartment - great for COVID times, as we had a nice space to eat our take out. Comfy beds - TVs could use a smart option, like a way to connect to your Netflix account, etc. Very nice front desk staff, helped to straighten out a reservation change made on booking.com that didn't get through to them. All ended up for the better. Also, making reservation for the pool was a very nice COVID-related amenity that should stay in place! Shower also great.

I loved the amazing staff that made our stay amazing even before arriving to the hotel! Sylvia and Brittanie went above and beyond and made our stay an amazing experience and we will definitely return again next year and let all of our family and friends now that if they are looking for a hotel to stay in then it would definitely be Homewood Suites by Hilton Holyoke-Springfield/North Mass.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Everyone that we came into contact with or had any questions were calm, polite and informative! Very pleased with our stay!

The temperatures in the bedrooms were a little wonky, it would either by very warm or very cold, pool area is also very very warm that we had to leave the pool area early due to children overheating.

Great staff and customer service. Generally, we stay in 4 or 5-start hotels when traveling, but were just in the area for a quick night so tried the Homewood Suites. Were very impressed with it's cleanliness and facilities (pool, gym, outside area for sport and relaxing) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

For this hotel price point, nothing could be better.

The breakfast had a nice assortment of items. I met Mayra, one of the kitchen managers. She was so personal and cared about our needs. She truly put a special touch to breakfast.

I would have liked a fan in the bathroom. And next time Ill ask for a bathroom all in one...I did not like the sink area separate from the shower/toilet area.

Loved it came with the kitchen and all utensils. Also the security guard was very friendly and attentive. Pool and hot tub nice and clean.

Breakfast that's included was not very tasty. Not much options as other hotels. Had a late start the second day there.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. facility is clean, rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and capable. Wednesday night social hosted by Susan, Director of Sales was a great kickoff to our stay. This is our hotel of choice when staying in the area several times a year.
