The room was a spacious suite with a good-sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom which had the bonus of having an additional separate sink/vanity, both accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. The rooms were nothing fancy, but had a kitchenette and were very clean and pretty quiet. The mountain setting is peaceful and beautiful.

There is a pretty big set of stairs from the parking lot into the reception area, which is a hassle with heavy bags. Also, to get to our room, while we could use the baggage cart, there were again stairs before we got to our room.

location of hotel.

our room was on far end of building. unaware that accessing room required a long walk and then had to climb stairs to reach room. this was difficult with luggage and an individual with ambulation issues. If there had been a door on that side of hotel, it would have been easier . There was refuse in hallway outside a room which we had to move in order to navigate down the long corridor.

The location is outstanding! Can't beat the scenery and the proximity to Berkshire attractions an activities, including Tanglewood, Pittsfield State Forest, Mt. Greylock, etc. Also convenient to Williamstown and everything there. The staff is outstanding! They were very accommodating when we arrived a day late, and, when I left my wallet in the room upon checking out, went above and beyond the call of duty to find it and return it to me.

Facility could use a refresh. Scuffed paint in common areas, worn and dated carpet, decaying concrete on stairs are all things that could be addressed. I know Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort has worked to get access to cell service from Verizon and AT&T; unfortunately I use T-Mobile and had no service. Also the free WiFi was low speed and somewhat sketchy. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo we rented was advertised as sleeping 5. While the couch was a sleep sofa, the unit is quite small and would have been a tight squeeze for 5 people (and I don't know where the fifth person would have slept.)

Overall, I liked everything! I had not stayed at Jiminy Peak since 2013 but will come back with my children and grandchildren as there is so much for families to do with the adventure parks and pool. Because it rained a lot over the course of my stay I enjoyed using the gym to get some exercise. (I was all by myself which was nice) I booked 2 suites which were across the hall from each other which was very convenient. We were able to lock our bikes up in the locker room during our stay

The tv in my bedroom didn’t work. The cable went on and off most likely due to the inclement weather. Rooms were somewhat dated, but clean.

The staff was amazing and super friendly and always ready to help if you need it. The on site facilities including the restaurant upstairs and the tavern out back were great, the food was delicious the drinks were strong and nothing felt super over priced, despite the strong convenience factor they have going for them. Lastly the location is absolutely breathtaking hands down one of the most beautiful places in all of Massachusetts.

The bed was a bit stiff and not very comfy and was covered with this awful plastic/sheet cover combo. And the pillows were also very uncomfortable, me and my girlfriend both woke up with really sore necks after our second night.

Beautiful house. Appreciated the home feel, the ample seating area, comfortable and multiple beds, blankets, and multiple bathrooms. The parking is easy as well. We would definitely come back, just better prepared.

Would have appreciated the spider and its elaborate web being cleared from the porch screen door so that we could actually enjoy the porch. I thought about making coffee with the provided materials, but the mug was not well washed - there was film on them that I scratched off. The house is pretty cold, but we were only here a night so did not have the opportunity to warm up the house long. T-mobile texts and reception was so inconsistent here, even with wifi, but that is not an issue the house had, just something to consider.

Room was a one bedroom suite, great value compared to anything else I saw in the area. Beautiful surrounding area, very pleasant staff. The nearby market was handy to have, and made great b-fast sandwiches.

Place is a little tired, needs some refresh…the elevator was like a dingy freight elevator. While everything seemed to have been cleaned, it just felt dark. Pool was small, very little sitting.

There were 3 adults and two children. 2 adults slept on the sleeper sofa which as most was not that comfortable - felt the center bar. We rented a cot and to fit it in the bedroom had to move the dresser/tv to make room. It worker but close corners. Otherwise - everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped!

Disappointed that the hot tub had a crack in it and we could not use it. Otherwise - all was great. SInce there were not alot of people at the resort - it would have been nice if we were allowed to use the hot tub at the adjacent pool. Also power was turned off for a time as they upgraded the system. Not too much of an inconvenience. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Staff working on the fun activities course for the most part not too personalbe. Two employees stood out for their friendliness otherwise just got the impression they were doing their paid job. May be a "northern thing? as down south most make eye contact and say hello. (This spoken by a former northerner now living in Virginia.

The location was great for our purposes which was to be near both Williamstown and Lansborough. We were glad to have John Harvard restaurant as it poured while we were here so we didn’t have to go out for dinner. There was no breakfast at this time.

The rooms were fine- somewhat dated. The toilet ran, the air conditioner was hard to regulate and the tv in the bedroom did not work. But,other than these minor details, the room was clean. It was nice to have the kitchenette to eat breakfast in before starting our day.
