Club Wyndham Bentley Brook

The room itself is very nice, good space. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything needed as well as plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The pool area was very nice, quiet in the early morning and late at night which was important since our patio on the first level was looking out at the pool.

The lighting is not good in any room but especially the bathrooms. The makeup mirror is too high and has poor lighting too. The hallways are very noisy but I suppose that depends on how the parents are dealing with their kids, on our floor there was a lot of screaming which always seemed to be right outside our door.

Very kid friendly making it a great staycation for littler kids during Easter break and especially since winter activities were over and summer activities hadn’t begun yet. Still, resort stay was great for them. Thank you!!

I wish there was a functional grocery store nearer. But, that wouldn’t be a resort thing … maybe a grocery delivery service would suffice.

Location.

Lack of "on site" availability to restaurant dining. Lack of amenities such as message, nail salon, game room etc. Wyndam's information flyers suggesting ( & highlighted by staff) restaurants which were closed for renovations upon us arriving after driving miles. Two of the four restaurants listed.

Lovely, spacious clean unit. Check-in staff was exceptional (shout out to Michelle) since Booking.com cancelled my reservation that I had made 2 months prior and never contacted me!

View of the mountains was great. Sunsets from our balcony were beautiful. We stayed in the main building. Very quiet, super clean, staff was friendly. We did not get to use the pool because of our schedule but saw others in there having fun. The rooms were fantastic and so very clean. Perfect for three sisters and our mother. We brought her here for her 80th birthday. She was thrilled with the place. We will highly recommend this property to our friends.

The only downside is grocery store (WalMart)is in Pittsfield, about 30 mins away. Thankfully we found a few provisions at the Dollar General store. Thankfully we brought a few grocery items with us and the Dollar General has a freezer section. No fault of the resort but we were here in skiing off-season and many places keep odd hours for dining. We managed though. We made breakfast in our room, ate a big late lunch out and made a light snack for dinner or ate leftovers.

Every thing nice and staff was nice . Front lady’s were nice especially her name is Annamarie . She was so helpful and smiling ( Man needs more smiles and nice) She made us happy to stay there.

Some area In the kitchen floors (Wood?)were damaged. When I stepped there was bending. You should fix it before accident.

The location was amazing! We were able to walk to the end of the parking lot and ski right onto the mountain. The room was huge and so beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Even a mini salt and pepper shaker! I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the facilities. We didn't have time to check out the pool or hot tub.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the kitchen was very well equipped, the pools were very nice, the activities for kids was a nice bonus, and the overall apartment 2 bedrooms/2 baths with living room, dining room and kitchen was great for families with kids so that we could eat breakfast in and have snacks for the kids.

The master bathroom reeked of a musty moldy odor which I reported to the front desk, the headboards had layer of dust on them which I also reported. I was not aware that this resort was more of a vacation rental than a hotel in that the beds were not made for us nor were towels replaced nor garbage removed on a daily basis. I also didn't like the smells of dinner cooking from other suites while we walked through the corridors.

The staff was amazing and friendly upon checking in and made checkout so easy. The resort had so many great feature from the charcoal grills that they provide the charcoal And fluid for to the amazing adult pool that was so relaxing and had great views and cleanliness. We wish we had known where the game room was as we found it on the way out. The activities to do on site were great.

We wish the chairlift was operating to go to the summit and enjoys the spectacular views and also wish the restaurants were opened for dinner so we didn’t have to go offsite to find a place. Even though we were told by staff the restaurant was opened and walked all the way there to find out it was closed. When we called the desk again a nice gentleman told us of a couple of restaurants within 15 minutes away. The staff at country store was not friendly at all but the ice coffee was the best we ever had anywhere. The nice woman at the Jiminy peak tshirts store was so pleasant 2 times we went there. She had short blonde hair and was so very sweet! All in all a great time but, too short as every vacation always is…

beautiful clean resort large rm lots of amenities

3 of us in the rm. One uses alot of sugar in coffee first night given sugar packets. the next night only given 3 packs with sugar and creamer not enough but were told we could not have more sugar. My friend was annoyed and had to wait till store opened to buy sugar. Come on sugar should be unlimited and available. So stupid now someone who likes your resort and wanted to come back wont over sugar. hope your happy wyndham. No more pandemic excuses either there was an entire box of sugar packets
