I was quoted $277.00 on booking.com. When I got to the hotel it was more than $100.00 more. Felt duped. Great place but way over my budget. And for an old room ( I was in an old building) it seemed like a lot on money. Thought $277.00 was a lot but was willing to pay.But that extra & unexpected more than $100.00 was crazy.
Loud people outside till 10pm when I called and asked if they would quiet things down. I was in an old building with thin walls. Very noisy, you can hear people taking showers, a baby crating upstairs in the middle of the night woke me up, pipes, just very noisy.

When we first got there and into our original room it was a beautiful small red room. Would have worked fine except it didn’t have a tub (weird ocd thing for me) and then we noticed previous people’s stuff under the bed. The staff instantly apologized and boy did they upgrade us!! The room was MASSIVE! Not even a room. It was like an apartment. Two floors, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with utensils and washing supplies. It was mind blowing. The indoor pool/heated pool was our favorite spot. Loved the little cafe right in the hotel along with the gift shop (the women working the gift shop is now secretly my best friend LOL) and spa (even though we didn’t have time for the spa) the view from our room was breath taking. The scenery in general was beautiful. Over all we absolutely loved it.
Our ONLY downfall from the stay were the mattresses. They were super hard. That’s the only thing we didn’t like.

For the price breakfast should be included! Festivities end early, no microwave in the room, absolutely nothing in the vending machines. No horses to accommodate larger people.

The whole place is like its own Village and just Amazing...Breathtaking Views ! Loved the outside hot tubs in middle of winter with snow coming down ..
That the hot tubs and stuff closed down at 10. I wish it could of been at least 11 .

We hiked the walking paths. The marking are very confusing. We got completely lost when attempting to walk from marker 23 (or 24??) to marker 22. That was very disappointing!

Loved the place, breakfast was lacking, as they did not provide even a continental breakfast, but they made up for it with everything else and the beautiful location, pools, and room.
No breakfast and the fact that the chair loft was shut down, which we were not informed of.

The area was nice the ski lift was great. Staff was wonderful,pizza was good overall going to visit again.
Everything was find if I did find something wrong it was only choice you had to get something to eat was on grounds no other choice. A little expensive

We really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. That was a wonderful bonus in October. The complimentary lift tickets up the mountain were another nice touch.
This is the perfect location for a family getaway! The condo was beautiful and very clean.
