Comfort Inn & Suites

Very nice hotel. The lobby area is so bright & welcoming and the rooms were very nice. Every staff person that we encountered was so friendly. The breakfast selection was above average. We definitely will be staying at this hotel/location again.

I can't think of a thing that we found lacking with the hotel. The driveway into the hotel is slightly confusing but that is not the fault of the hotel, just a result of it's location. We had to drive through a couple parking lots to get there.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to highway, great amount of parking. Super clean inside. Rooms were a great size and very clean. Walls werent thin like in some places where you can hear everything, we enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Breakfast was a plus. Lots of options, very clean, organized and fresh.

Beds were kinda hard but not too uncomfortable where I felt it the next morning. Water pressure was iffy but could've just been a bad time to shower. Wasn't extremely happy with the price for a night but seemed to be an issue everywhere, must be peak season.

The pool was too cold to swim in for long. They do have a hot tub but it was full when we got there. The hot breakfast was pretty slim too. They seemed to constantly be running out of food. I think two more hot breakfast foods (like biscuits and gravy and bacon) would have helped.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn in Gaylord was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient. It was nice that the pool and the gym stayed open 24 hours a day.

The only thing that could have been better was if the hot tub was also open past 10 p.m. It had a lovely outdoor location, but we were never able to use it because we were busy until later in the evenings.

Clean and comfortable.

Loud people rooming on our floor. We think they were a traveling high school baseball team. We could hear them going in and out in the hallway and there was an outside patio two floors down below our window. They were being loud until after midnight, so we had a hard time sleeping.

Friendly staff. Clean and well lit rooms. Breakfast area Clean and well organized. Quick elevator. Well rolling luggage carts.

Room key needed to "Exit" form the outdoor hot tub. Key would not work to let us back in and no way to contact front desk and utcwas snowing and 18 degrees outside.

The size of the room was great. We appreciate the refrigerator, keurig, and microwave. The breakfast was great, but would love to see more options for vegans.

There were a few places in the room that could have been cleaner. The bathroom sink top and toilet flusher needed cleaned, so I did it. The coffee area needs cleaned also.

The room was HUGE. There was a desk and large TV. Lots of space do relax or do work in. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was actually pretty good!

The water in the shower didn’t get as hot as I’d like, but if you don’t take crazy hot showers like I do.. you’ll be fine!

The breakfast was wonderful. Pool open all night. Rooms are roomy and clean. All staff were very friendly.

Wish the hot tub was open all night.

I was traveling with a handicapped 88 year old. They were so good about getting our room ready. You could tell they were short staffed, but the staff they had on hand bent over backward to make sure our accommodations were perfect!
