Quality Inn of Gaylord

Priscilla was fantastic, very friendly and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. Basically it was clean and fairly quiet. Good variety on the tv. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but did grab some fruit and juice, the breakfast choices looked wonderful. It was clean and tidy and everything that needed to be hot was hot

The orange juice got me sick. This is the second time the orange juice has been rotten. The first time I only took a sip. And told the staff. This time I drank about half a small cup before I realized it wasn't good. I think they may have received a bad batch of orange juice.

The parking lot was lit well at night and was very clean and so was the lobby and breakfast area.

Breakfast could be open a little longer. I had to make sure to get up and get right down to breakfast. I was hoping to sleep in a day or two.

was in a great place. was clean. very good food we liked the food set up. the beds were very Comfortable.

towels and blankets had black stuff on them. and we couldn’t pull the Curtain closed. so we had to dress in the bathroom. the front desk person could have let you know the ice machine doesn’t work.

Hot tub didn’t work and paid extra for it. Didn’t report until morning. Didn’t want to get dressed and wait for someone to come and fix it. Did fill it with water and just sit in it.

Didn't stay long enough to have breakfast. I left around 6:30 am.

Concern there was another dog that was an alpha dog a couple rooms away, so I had to look other directions of the hallway prior to exiting the room.

All your staff were respectful, and Amanda was very helpful and kind.

The first room was not ready so it took about 15 minutes to move to a warm, cleaner room

Room could have been a bit cleaner. Was looking for a pool and hot tub for our stay but they both needed repairs and were waiting for parts, but it didn't say anything on the page, it just would have been nice for a heads instead of waiting to get there and found out.

Good room. Older, but clean. Comfortable bed. Shower was good. TV had lots of channels.

Staff was borderline grumpy but efficient. Common areas weren’t swept.

Beds were really comfortable, staff was great and the location was very convenient.

Pool and hot tub were broken. Pool was half empty
