Best Western of Harbor Springs

The location was perfect, and my room was AMAZING! I was close to everything I needed while I was there and the front desk service was exceptional. I needed batteries for my Firestick remote and the front desk supplied those to me, which was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to was friendly as can be.

I can't eat grains, eggs, or dairy and that limited my options for breakfast to a banana and sausage. I would've liked some more options of vegetables and potatoes or something, but it was as good as most hotel continental breakfast bars. I like the make your own waffles, even though I can't have them.

Simple but appealing to the general population. Hands on a quickly accessible. Best part was having freshly made and hot scrambled eggs with ham ... fantastic - kudos to the cook.

Small eating area, but very nice and very clean ... but the cereal choices were in the outer hallway leading into their breakfast room and was not noticed by the grandson until we left. All good though. Told him to take a box and eat it in the car.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice and the room was perfect. We are looking forward to coming here again and making it a tradition.

The only thing I would change was that the water splashed out of the shower on to the floor. Other than that, the only thing we didn't like is that we had to go home!

The Queen Suite was a pleasant surprise. When we drove up and saw it was more like a motel with separate doors on the outside, we were skeptical. But when we opened the door to our suite, wow! Clean, roomy, comfortable.

The bedroom TV was placed where it was difficult to see from the left side if two people are staying in bed.

The breakfast was excellent! Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room very clean. Excellent location for our travels in the area.

A lower price for such an extended stay would have been helpful. That said, I really can’t complain about the value!

Breakfast was great. Good selection staff was on top of everything. Super clean. Pool and hot tub kept very clean. It was great.

The nicest cleanest hotel I've stayed in. They care about the entire place. Even saw an employee placing the gravel by hand, off the driveway back to its place. Beautiful pool, laundry...breakfast was homemade eggs and bacon..! Yummy waffles...fruit. and anything else you could ask for...one in a million! Gorgeous planters..outdoor chairs, picnic tables...

Breakfast was ok. I only ate one morning out of three days. There was a decent amount of variety for everyone.

The location of the pool was inconvenient. My room was in the back of the motel which means I would have to walk outside wet after swimming. The weather was chilly in September when I was there.

We have stayed here several times now and it exceeds our expectations every time. Friendly staff, clean rooms and close to many things to do. Close to shopping, dining and many beaches along Lake Michigan.

Seriously the only thing that I might suggest is that the pillows be bigger! Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

This is a great place to stay. The room was updated, very clean, comfortable bed and the cable TV offered many channels. Staff was great. Location was great ... close to Petoskey and right down the road from downtown Harbor Springs. I can't recommend enough.
