The property was easy to find and centrally located for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. And the amenities were great.

We were put in a room that had been previously smoked in. When I called the might management to come and smell the room, she argued with me that the room did not smell like smoke. My point was that there was an unpleasant odor in the room, which made for a very unpleasant sleeping experience. When all was said and done, the room was comped. However, I would have liked heads that the room smelled like tobacco. I probably would have tried to find a different hotel.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and decorated for the holidays. We used the front sitting area to visit with family members. The workers were "very" pleasant and hard working! I noticed other families using the fitness room and pool.

The yogurt, juice, and waffles items were good for breakfast. Unfortunately, the english muffins ran short our last day and there wasn't any peanut butter because of a recall. The coffee bar area seemed well stocked.

Clean and close to a lot of the events we were in town for. housekeeping left us a sweet note upon arrival I thought was a nice touch. the staff upon checking in were very warm and welcoming which is important to us.

the pool was about the size of a hot tub, it was actually kind of funny. we couldn’t believe how small it was. the breakfast was advertised as more than what it turned out to be so that was kind of disappointing.

It was pretty good. It was nice having a hot breakfast.

I was really shocked how small the pool was—it is the size of a larger hot tub. How can it accommodate when your facility is fully booked? I was really hoping there would be a whirlpool, but there was none. Kind of a bummer but everything else was very nice, new and clean!

The breakfast was excellent, and more than expected. It was such a surprise to see turkey sausage instead of pork sausages, because there are a great many people who don't eat pork like me. The location was great, and was not far from the ice arena where my grandson was in a hockey tournament. Really loved the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel, everything was great, parking, very clean, and the staff was excellent.

The housekeeping person and front desk staff made a special effort to catch us in the parking lot as we were leaving. I had forgotten to take a very special and expensive charger for my cholear implant battery. Amazing 👏

Honestly, you have one of the best breakfast bars I've experienced. It was well stocked, in a large clean area. The food choices were healthy! (which is usually not the case in other hotels I frequent).

Not enough hooks in the bathroom for multiple towels.

breakfast was great and the location was even better right in the middle of everything food and stores to shop in. staff was very helpful . this place was very quiet and clean i would recommend.

Everything it was great location the staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was awesome! The hotel room itself was a 10 out of 10 comfortable bed, Spacious, clean, quiet, and enjoyable. Also in the morning they had full continental breakfast that was very fulfilling. Staff served hot breakfast food, not just cereal and milk. I would recommend this place 100% to enjoy your stay in Duluth.

Nothing it was amazing!

Very convenient location to Miller Hill Mall or for the night before an early flight. Clean and well-maintained property. The beds, pillows and bed linens were very comfortable. Breakfast was good standard hotel fare.
