Hotel was very clean, pools seemed clean and hotel seemed well put together. Smores at the end of the night was great as they were pre packaged. Breakfast was just a muffin due to covid, but caribou is within walking distance as well as plenty of restaurants so it didn't matter to us. I highly advise getting a room with a balcony, it was nice to have.

The hotel states a capacity limit for the pools as well as no kids after 9. The pool was always busy and way over capacity and after 9 kids were still present the entire time until the pool closed (the two nights we were there.) Kind of disappointing considering we just wanted to use the hot tub without kids jumping everywhere.

The location was great as we were close to the things we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub were fun for everyone.

The cleaning was lacking. Someone should maybe do some room inspections to see the dust and the shower wall and doors had black and the pink slimy buildup on the lower shower walls. The beds weren't very comfortable, but doable.

The staff was very nice and very accommodating when we had to extend our stay by one night due to bad weather. The breakfast was very good and the bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was great. No complaints about anything.

Booked a balcony room, Lakeview room. Totally worth it. Enjoyed sitting out there and enjoying the lake do much. Bed was very comfortable. Did not notice any outside noise or within hotel. Perfect location for walking to dining and shopping.

That I left my nightgown , my own fault, but waiting for housekeeping to call me back. Was informed it could take up to 3 days. Two days left to hear back.

Breakfast....I have been to The Inn many times before Covid 19. Their breakfast at that time was great. I know they are doing the best they can under Covid Procedures. What they service now is below the quality of expectations.

Breakfast...They offered coffee, hot chocolate, tea and water. Granola bars, muffins and fruit. The muffins are generic and nothing to eat twice. I think the food they offer could be a better quality. I've always thought the The Inn was a unique place. I think they need to break from the herd and rise above covid and offer a better quality of food.

The room was great, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice, the hot tub was hot, and the sauna was steamy. We had a great time using the bikes as well. That was a nice bonus to the hotel.

I reported a bad light in our bathroom and it was fixed promptly. Love proximity to all attractions in Canal Park and Duluth. Rooms are good sized and we always go after a balcony or patio. It will be nice when the lake walk is finished but didn't deter us from enjoying the area.

Our couch looked old and tattered all around the edges and my comforter looked liked popcorn, all lumps. We love the Inn but it looks like they are suffering from decreased staff. Landscaping had garbage tossed in it and was never picked up. I'm sure it's related to Covid but I felt the area was not kept up for the money you pay to stay there.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was just what we needed, impressed by the cleanliness and location and we enjoyed both pools!

The price is a bit steep for us which may limit our ability to book again but we absolutely loved our stay!

The rooftop pool was very nice. A sign-up is required to limit use due to COVID.

The breakfast was disappointing, just a prepackaged rather dry muffin, an orange or sad-looking apple, a raisin oatmeal granola bar, and a bottle of water. We know of other hotels in the Canal Park area that are serving decent breakfasts....
