The facilities were excellent. Room was large, roomy and clean.. Bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rate this hotel 4 stars. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very clean, spacious and worth every penny. It’s amazing actually. I’ll stay there again. It’s the best room I’ve stayed in near Missoula. The staff was great, I don’t know what was not good about it.

I liked Everything about this place.

We loved the extra room we had in our room! We had beautiful mountain views from our room and it had corner windows so that was neat! It had a large refrigerator for a hotel. It had a full-size microwave, lots of cabinets if you stay for a bit, you are well stocked. The note in the cabinet said if you need anything ask the front desk (dishes, pots, pans). Our room had a table for eating, a couch, a soft chair, another table to put your stuff on and a stand-alone dresser. It is super close to the airport and that is part of the reason we stayed here. They have free shuttle if you need it.

The beds definitely need to be replaced. You could see the dips in the bed but they were still comfortable. The shower made a LOUD noise when you used it so that was really annoying to hear at 2:45 AM. Please do something about the squeaking shower!

We were picked up by the shuttle driver at the airport. He was very friendly and helpful. His coworker(s) left while he was picking us up and he became our check in/out clerk. We were given a card for a shuttle service that we used to take us to our rental car dealer. (We also used this same service to return us to the airport.) We thought the lobby was quite nice and comfortable. The room was clean and had lots of space. We would certainly stay here again if in the area and have recommended it to others already.

The staff was exceptional. My husband was trying to heat up a therapeutic rice bag that was too big for the microwave. He went to the lobby to see if they had a larger microwave and found they didn't. The staff quickly put a thermal blanket/sheet in the drier for him since they couldn't accommodate his request. So thoughtful! They also put us in a room that was away from other guest so we could enjoy a good nights sleep. We really appreciated the special care the employees provided.

We liked everything! I didn't notice breakfast was not offered, but we don't often enjoy hotel breakfast so it wasn't a problem for us. Everything was great at this hotel. We have no recommendations to improve this property.

toiletries were not provided in the room so we had to go to the front desk to the items. ironically we normally bring her own but grabbed our wrong higiene bag when we packed. At first we were surprised there weren’t any toiletries in the room but when I called and spoke with the front desk and they explained that they had been forgotten and apologized and said we could pick them up at the front desk. The fact that there were not a lot of dating up options in that particular area was a drawback fortunately there were several options a couple miles away

Easy on and off I90. Quiet, out of the bustle of other hotels along I90. Easy parking, nice lobby, easy room access.

The mattress needs to be replaced; it was too soft. Without advising me, the initial charge for the room when I checked in included a $50 damaage deposit which I was told afterward will be refunded after they verify no damage to the room. I would have preferred to know in advance. My credit card provider notified me of the charge but amount didn't match my reservation confirm. Had to make a call to front desk for the explanation.

Property was clean, staff were very accommodating & professional. We enjoyed this hotel very much.

Location near airport works for flying in & out but it is challenging to get downtown without a car. We took metro bus lines initially but ran out of time & needed to take Ubers. Car service to city would be helpful, even if hotel provided service for a fee - it would be worth it.

Room was clean and adequate

Arranged to get shuttle pick up but when called they could not come for half an hour as they were understaffed. Then told us our credit card bounced and they were too busy to help us resolve this problem or give us information on how together from airport at midnight to hotel. Very frustrating. Finally got lift to hotel and credit card worked and problem resolved.

We very much liked the hotel in general, it is very nicely decorated, and the staff was very nice as well. The hotel is very close to the airport which served us well at our arrival past midnight. The downside is that we also wanted a hotel close to downtown for the rest of our stay in Missoula. So, for the rest of the trip we stayed at another hotel downtown which was more expensive and not as nice.
