Hampton Inn & Suites - Reno West, NV

Our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were very good, hot and just about anything one would want for breakfast was available and staff was friendly, available and helpful. The whirlpool was relaxing and parking was easy and accessible. The room amenities was excellent with lots of electrical outlets and USB ports. Plenty of work space was also available..

The handicap bathroom and request for first floor accommodations were not met. Although I was able to "make do", using the tub without any safety bars and non slip surfaces was a little scary.

The property was very nice. It was very clean and quiet. My boyfriend and I stayed in the half suit. It was a very good size, and well accommodated.

The fact that you didn’t have the option on the television to pull up your own tv accounts like netflix YouTube ect, and instead only cable, we didn’t think was very nice. We also didn’t enjoy the food they served for free breakfast. We didn’t feel it was good overall. Very bland and not pleasant

Noisey motor running all night long outside room, breakfast was disappointing for the price of the room. Eggs were rubbery, sausage dry and tough, orange juice was slightly colored water, hot tub was crowded with 6 kids and 4 adults until the area closed

Staff very helpful, facility very clean daily, breakfast variety great daily, views are really beautiful.

Ice build up in parking lot made it difficult to walk to vehicles.. more salt or mitigation of ice needed in main front parking area and outside walkways.

Room was good - clean etc. Nothing super special though for the price.

Hot water in shower was coming in and out - it would turn VERY cold - I would adjust and it would be fine for a minute, then turn WAY hot - and it went back & forth the entire shower. Did not have anyone else in the room who was flushing the toilet or anything else. Expected better!!! Thought breakfast was VERY weak for a room that cost me over $200 with taxes.

The property is near the freeway, rooms are clean, bathrooms were well equipped, the pool was sensational, the breakfast was a plus the server was fast at filling up the containers with food such as fruits and bacon!

I love everything about the hotel

Everything exceeded expectations at the property. If you want to be near the gambling area this is not for you. If you want proximity to Tahoe and the mountains, this is a good location.

Staff was really nice. Room was clean. And considering COVID and not being able to serve breakfast in the traditional way, it was actually pretty good. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and had breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning. You choose off a pamphlet what you want and they have it cooked and packed in a bag ready for you to pick up. The location is good. Only a few minutes away from downtown, right off the freeway but far enough off that you cant hear the traffic. We got a king suite and the room was HUGE. Very nice

I loved the refreshing water that was provided in the lounge area. I also appreciated that I was offered water when I checked in considering it was a very hot day.
