- spacious, clean and cozy cabin with everything you need - well equipped and big kitchen - perfect for 2 people; we stayed 3 nights but would have felt comfortable for way longer - Nice location outside of South Lake Tahoe so that you can escape the busy madness there but at the same time it‘s only a 10 minute drive to reach all shops etc - lots of trails around or within short driving range

- Internet is fast but sometimes has some hiccups - walls are thin, you definitely hear your neighbors; ask for a top floor unit or you‘ll hear every step above you - I would not recommend to stay there with more than 2 people when you plan a longer stay

The place was clean, the bed very comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to actually cook. I loved it.

The bedroom fan is the exact fan I have in two of my bedrooms at home. They use a remote to operate the light and fan. The problem at the rental is when my neighbor turned on the light or the fan in their place it turned mine on or off. It happens between the two rooms at my house. That's how I knew what was happening, if not I would have thought the place was haunted.

The unit was very large. Well-equipped kitchen, big comfy bed with a nice, new-looking bedspread. Gas fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. Two tvs. Very quiet building. Best of all - easy access to Heavenly's Stagecoach lift. Stagecoach is the best lift area at Heavenly, because the others (Gondola and CA lodge) require you to come down either on the gondola or a chairlift, you can't ski down, so you either have to leave the mountain early or wait in line.

There's no hot tub onsite. Hot tub is the best way to relax and restore sore muscles after skiing all day, so I really missed having one. There is a shared community hot tub but once I got home from the slopes I had no desire to drive to a hot tub! Also - shampoo is not provided, so bring your own!

Nice and clean and although we only required it for one night, it was very well appointed with two lovely bedrooms and were very well equipped with pretty much everything you could want- fan, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cutlery, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Very helpful out-of-hours check-in staff as we arrived at 7:45pm and check-in desk closed at 6pm. Great value for money for what was on offer.

It was quite difficult to get to although directions were decent.

The location was perfect, we traveled north during the day to Sand Harbor Beach and Chimney Beach. The place had everything I needed, fridge, blender, knives, cutting board, toaster everything to make breakfast. I feel like I definitely got my money's worth.

Difficult to find on google maps but glad that I found it. Google maps will take you to a scary garage and I thought I had gotten scam. Please follow their email instructions for finding the place.

The layout, location, and comfort were top notch.

Upon arrival, there were already ants on the counter. Upon seeing this, we made sure to clean up nightly and not leave out any food. Ants were still present (searching), especially in the mornings. Had we not been extra clean, I could see it being a much worse situation.

I really appreciated the well utilized kitchen, the nice microwave, the presence of soap in the shower, and that there was dish wash powder provided in the kitchen. I liked the location close to the Mt.Tallac, Bayview and other trailheads.

Don't have any suggestions for improvement :). It was great!

Very clean, furnishing were nice and inviting, loved that the room came with a kitchen, dishwasher, fridge and a fire place. Very convenient and will def book again

No dislikes for the room or the property but the neighbor below apparently thought we where loud and kept banging on the ceiling. It was odd!

The after hours key retrieval process was not very well outlined (where to go and what to do). We were lucky to find someone who had the same issue that told us what to do, otherwise we would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Also, the property address # on the reservation was not the same as the ultimate building #. Property and accommodations were exceptional; check in was not.

The room was very clean. For a family of 4 the room was very spacious. All appliances were in working condition. Beds were comfortable. Interaction with the host was pleasant.

Was a little hard to find at night. Directions that were given did help but hard to see markings on building at night.
