Hilton Albany

The Hilton is in a great location and within walking distance to all that Albany has to offer. The beds are really comfortable. There is breakfast for an additional cost and worth the convenience. There is a large variety, and it's all delicious. Plus, the eggs are real, not powder! The hotel restaurant for dinner has a limited menu because there are a few decent restaurants near the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the hotel for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. More than anything, it's the staff that makes the stay amazing. They are all friendly, kind, and professional. P.S. bring your swimsuit because the pool is gorgeous!

Great location to the concert we were going too. The hotel was very nice. The beds were a little firm but not uncomfortable at all which was nice. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection of stuff to choose from

We were told the indoor pool was heated but it was ice cold. When we talked to staff about it they said the pool heater wasn't turned on and that it would be warm in a few hours. Unfortunately by the time it would be warmed up the pool area was closed. The only other issue we had was with the shower tub the sides of the tub was curved which made it a little difficult for my friend to get out of the shower cause she's got a bad knee.

The location of the hotel was prime. It was within walking distance to the MVP Arena, which was the main reason for the stay.

The bathroom tub looked like it needed a good scrubbing. I'm not sure if it was stained from previous usage, but I'm sure if it was cleaned with a magic eraser that could have been removed. The accent picture in the bathroom had black mold within the picture frame.

The room was big and clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We had a big window. Great location. Staff was efficient.

The window in my room was soo dirty 😩 I couldn't take pictures of the view. If you think of ordering food via Uber or any delivery service, be advised that they are not allowed to go upstair. My food was left in the middle of reception on a table for anyone to take.

Amazing location to take the bar exam. Alicia and Yolanda (from the executive lounge) were super friendly and attentive! Laura from houskeeping was also super nice and helpful. They made the stay more pleasant.

The hotel is old but not as bad as other reviews mention. At least we did not have any problems regarding cleaning.

Room was clean, spacious, modern and delightful. Location was perfect - near the capitol complex, parking was adjacent & well labeled. Bed was great! Bath was great. Enjoyed to pool

Clock was cheap but readable; it off by 80 minutes, and said: Only Hotel staff to reset. I reset it anyway. Simple radio and charging ports would be very helpful. My room was very close to the elevators, and door to adjoining room was thin: noisy, but not after midnight luckily.

We stayed there for one night for the attorney swearing-in ceremony and it was perfect for that purpose. A shuffle from and to the train station is available at all time which was very convenient. There is diner and breakfast available, and the convention center is at a walkable distance (or the driver can take you there). The rooms are also spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need on the morning of.

What about I like, from the associates to the manager. They are very accommodating and very kind. Especially with what happened on my first night. They were so kind enough to took care of me to find another temporary hotel for the overnight due to the doled out because of the Hurricane. Lots of power companies employees last minute checked-in . And that absolutely understandable.

I don’t have any problems because they took care of me. They gave me breakfast voucher due to inconvenience on my first. Night. That’s about it. Everything were perfect even the shuttle bus driver. Very nice employees, clean facilities, room was excellent. Nothing much to say. Above all, I am very much satisfied.

This was my first visit to the Hilton Albany. It is centrally located with on-site parking. The front desk staff was extremely personable and exceptionally accommodating. My room was immaculate. I intend to make this my "go to" hotel for my future and frequent visits to Albany.

Because it is a fairly new hotel the entire facility was immaculate, I hope it remains so. Staff were very friendly and professional and check-in and breakfast were perfect.

Parking lot was always very crowded, a slight inconvenience but, a good sign for the hotel.
