The evening staff were not cystomer friendly and appeared more occupied with personal matters than assusting ne and my wife. Very unpleasant and dismissive attitude. By comparison, the gentleman who checked me out of the hotel is the epitome of excellent customer service and can teach the other disrespectful staff members h I w to act. Due to my latest experience I will probably never sray at this location again, despite the fact that I've stayed tgere 5 times over the last 2 years.

The staff, when available, was kind and considerate.

The front desk was chronically understaffed. There appeared to have been a supervisor on the premises, but they didn't pitch in when the desk was swamped. Also, there was a very loud performer in thd bar whose music could be heard inside my room.

Loved the rooms. There were very modern and comfortable. The outdoor dining/ fireplace are was super cozy and the gym was impressive.

The restaurant was the only disappointment in our stay. The food was good but they were slim staffed, forgot part of our order & ran out of a bunch of food.

We weren't there long only to sleep stopped on our way to Connecticut.

Our door to the room was ajar when we got to the room and in the morning someone came in our room when we were sleeping to clean it and it was very early we only heard the door slam. Then in the morning they apologized to my husband and then when we went to check out we were already checked out. Too many weird things happened.

Nice, comfortable, clean, and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

The only issue was that the handrail into the pool had become disconnected from the steps, which I reported to the front desk.

Soft beds. Sparkling clean rooms. Warm pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast was disappointing, grab-and-go due to the restaurant breaking closed, but that might be some Covid-thing. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Albany.

A hot tub would be a nice addition to the pool room.

The Sheraton was extremely comfortable, with all major amenities from mattress pad to free bottled water to kitchen area. Parking and wi-fi are also free. I didn't try either the restaurant or the pool but both were open late. I slept well and would stay here again.

No complaints at all.

The breakfast was horrible and pricey. WQhen I received my confirmation it stated the hotel guest pay a $l day for breakfast and we paid 34.00 for our breakfast which was bad. Would never have breakfast there again.

Breakfast was great. We couldn't eat the hot option so they made us a cold package which was excellent! So much thought and care. The pool was very clean and the signup reservation process was seamless. The hotel was brand new and spotless. Everything was high quality and sharp. TV has great picture and good options with Netflix and TV channels. Easy access to the rooms. Super nice staff.

The exercise room was closed due to COVID. With so few guests there, I feel like it could have been open for time slots like the pool.

Beds are very comfortable. Clean rooms. A couple hundred feet a from a hub of several roadways that can get you to different areas of the can get you to different areas of the Capital Region.

There were no cups/coffee in the room, although a coffee machine was there. Everything needed to be requested. I understand this may be part of their cleaning protocol due to COVID.
