Nice modern facility, comfortable beds, good hot shower, nice breakfast. Lots of electrical outlets and USB ports!

The floor of the room was sticky, like it still had cleaning product on the floor or was not mopped with clean water, or something. The hot and cold cups were mixed up -- cold cups at the coffeemaker, hot cups in the bathroom; minor point but if you put hot coffee in the cold cups it's not so good and then the lids don't fit. We prefer a frig with a small freezer so you can refreeze ice packs when travelling.

My rating of the staff is unfair to the staff as a while and should only be taken towards the checking in process. The agent was not friendly and was not what I would expect of a Hilton property. She seemed more occupied by her phone then the clients. The rest of the staff was quick and attentive. Having stayed in many Hilton properties I understand that the check in was not to their standards and the agent should receive some additional training on the process. The checking in process was lack luster, no personality and frankly the agent was rude.

I stayed for a night and loved the convenience to Crossgates mall. The room was clean, very easy to check in and get coffee to go before checkout.

I left a water bottle in my mini fridge and spent over an hour on the phone with Hiltons 800 number trying to ask them to hold it. After multiple customer service reps and transfers I never reached the front desk and gave up on it. Please provide direct contact numbers to your hotels-especially for guests because the job isn't getting done with these service centers. Very frustrating! Everything else was great.

Great variety of breakfast food items, freshly made foods, very clean serving area. Great to see sugar-free syrup for the freshly-made pancakes. I was unaware of the evening reception before I checked in, was found to be a nice break from the norm. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

No pastries at breakfast - fruit tarts, donuts, etc. - but there was more than enough to fill even the heartiest appetite.

Good location for pretty modern hotel. It was airy and bright. Kids loved the gym and pool table, they have an outdoor basketball court (ball provided) but we didn't have time to use. Breakfast was good with nice variety including cool pancake making machine which my kids loved to use. If you're en route somewhere else or visiting the massive mall next door this place is perfect.

Like other Tru properties we've stayed at, this one was recently and nicely refurbished, with a very updated vibe. I liked the stylish decor, and the well functioning bathroom. The breakfast was nice.

I felt that the mattress was not very comfortable, and the pillows were quite flimsy. Fortunately each bad had three pillows (of different sizes? odd choice) so I could cobble together what I needed.

Tricia, the woman at the front desk was very helpful and brought us extra blankets to our room and helped us with the non working thermostat. . The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the noon check out time.

My sister warned us that the lobby would have a strong potpourri smell, and she was correct. A bit much, but luckily the room did not have the smell. The hallway carpeting seemed not to have been vacuumed for a few days, and I would have preferred a room with carpeting. I noticed that the air conditioning filters had not been cleaned in quite a long time, judging by the amount of dust and lint choking them. I rinsed them out in the shower and replaced them nice and clean.

Great hotel, easy to find with shops and eateries within a few minutes walk. The hotel had a basket ball hoop and pool table which kept everyone entertained. The room was huge with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine - and it was immaculately clean. A great breakfast in the morning too. The staff were great - super friendly and polite.

sink drained slowly, shower door was a little sticky, bedside light had a switch only on one side. Access to the hotel from the main road was tricky.

It was very clean and bright The room was dark at night which I need. The bed was comfortable and I liked the bare floor-it felt cleaner than carpeting. The breakfast was good- many choices and sanitary protocols were followed. The room had a fridge and a microwave.

There were no tissues in the room, no bathrobes available in the hotel, no clean place to put suitcases (do not like to put them on the beds), and the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty so we had to ask for soap. There was only one chair in the room so we had to always sit on the beds.
