Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

I was unexpectedly trapped in Buffalo for 3 days during an unprecedented snow storm. The staff were fantastic, kind & helpful & understanding of guest frustration as flights & trains were cancelled multiple times. A tiny gym but with good equipment so able to get some exercise. Fridge & microwave & coffee maker in the room which was wonderfully unexpected. Good breakfast included. Directly opposite Buffalo International airport with a free shuttle bus service available non-stop & because there were no flights for several days, Steve the shuttle driver took me to a grocery store & waited for me to buy food & wine. Outstanding

No restaurant but this hotel is mainly for people going to or from the airport so not really an issue unless trapped by weather! I've no complaints about this hotel at all.

Breakfast advertised but not given. Because of “covid”, they will give you a prepackaged muffin and a small juice container. You’ll end up having to go to starbucks of Tim Horton’s next door for real breakfast.

The room was fine, and the location was great - very close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's understandable because the building isn't new, but we couldn't regulate the air temperature. It was like an oven when we walked in, so we turned it off for a while, but we could never get a temperature we were comfortable with.

First the young lady that checked me in was great, Briana The things I would expect at a hotel with a lower. I was given a higher rate and the facility wasn't on the same level.

Hallways mondaine with spill or whatever kind of spots. The hallways are not inviting. Stayed in a jr suite nothing suite about it. Bed clean and comfortable

It was clean and comfortable. I had no problems checking in. I checked in before the huge storm and left at 4am to avoid driving in the storm. The room was cleaned and shower was nice. I would book again.

My only issue was they require a hold and it took a week for it to clear. This is the same card I use for all travel hotels and never had a hold take this long.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We only stayed one night to catch the train. Staff advised the shuttle went to the train as well as the station and they booked our shuttle for the next morning. Good pool and fitness room. clean and spacious. Would recommend if catching a plane or train.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport as well as shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was a let down. There was a shortage of bread and bagels. The waffle batter machines were both broken and it was difficult to find anyone to keep things stocked.

Rooney is clean and comfortable. Staff services outstanding.

The location is so convenient for airport trips. Shuttle is convenient and free, and the drivers are very courteous . They also provide rides to local restaurants.

Clean hotel close to the airport. Comfortable room and beds. Our room was on 5th floor and very quiet. Breakfast was reasonable and when you consider the it being 3 star hotel I would rate as extremely good.
