Fairfield Inn & Suites – Buffalo Airport

All team members exceptionally personable and friendly. Those smiles go a long way.....especially if you have traveled a long distance. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We all greatly appreciated the hygiene products already in place in the showers; very nice and handy feature. Breakfast was very good.

Only a suggestion....may want to clean tables more frequently during breakfast, especially when there are so many guests. While most guests are courteous and conscientious, tables do need to be wiped off due to spillage, ect. Thanks.

We've stayed here twice now just as a stopover on a longer road trip and were very pleased both times. Friendly staff, clean rooms, very nice pool. Very acceptable breakfast options. We'll stay here again.

Only complaint is that the mechanism that turns on the jets in the hot tub was not working when we were there, so no jets. Hopefully that will be fixed. But other than that, the pool is actually very nice.

A leisurely swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub helped me sleep very soundly. Cosy bed with soft sheets. The shower stall in my bathroom was large enough to bathe a pony! (Not that I tested that theory. 😄) Located so close to the airport you could walk if you had to, but the free shuttle bus and its friendly drivers will take you there and back. Friendly, helpful staff all around.

Immaculate from lobby to room. I am a clean freak and first impression of this place was that I was staying at a first class hotel. Especially during COVID, cleanliness is key and this hotel checked all of the boxes. Staff was super friendly, and we settled in great with our 5 month old daughter with quick check in. The room was so beautiful and clean. The bathroom was spacious and water pressure was perfect to wash off the day. Starbucks was right around the corner (walking distance) but hotel breakfast was convenient, as well. All around great stay!

Incredibly clean and well kept.

We liked the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel. The rooms, the hot tub and pool. The breakfast provided lots of variety. Upon check in we were put in a room that the A/C wasn't working. When they were unable to fix it we were quickly moved to another room. Staff were friendly. Very close to Walden Galleria.

Airline lost my luggage and very patient, helpful Fairfield staff liaised with airport to kept me updated. Bed was very comfortable with dreamy soft sheets and pillow cases. Roomy shower with great water pressure. Ample towels.

Rather noisy ice maker in hall - I could hear it from my room.

Location good - easy in and out. Breakfast good and appreciated. Room clean, modern, roomy. Bathroom big. Actual bed comfortable.

Sofabed was HORRIBLE, extremely uncomfortable, very disappointing, mattress VERY thin and springs poking. Hallways were unvacuumed and quite dirty.

My room and stay were great

My family and I sing consume pork. And in the past I picked Fairfield because of that one reason to enjoy breakfast. This trip I found out the policy changed and could only eat the eggs.

The location was directly across from the airport and was very convenient for an early departure. Our flight got cancelled so we were able to rebook from our hotel room and take our time in the morning. The rooms and common areas are very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Although this was a holdover from Covid precautions, the boxed breakfast was not the best. The breakfast area and the coffee were awesome.

Service, communication, and comfort were exceptional. Well spoken staff who were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, and amenities were set aside so as not to be cluttered. Enjoyable stay.

To be honest, there wasn't anything I was disappointed about. Even with covid-19 regulations, operation was smooth and appreciated.
