If you are looking to stay with family on superb location then you dont need to look anywhere else in Buffalo. Just book this hotel and you are done. Free parking, awesome breakfast. We 6 fit in 1 room very easy as 2 double bed and 1 sofa bed. They provided 2 stovetops, as many towels, extra utensils as per our need and other stuff you want. Big size room with full kitchen, big fridge, microwave, iron facility and responsive team. Will advice and recommend strongly this property if you looking a 4 star hotel in 3 star price with full kitchen.

Close proximity to shops, restaurants, highway. Quiet facility and friendly staff.

My 76 year old dad fell on the floor waiting for the elevator. It had just been washed however the cleaning substance seemed to have a slippery coating, and first step on the ceramic, he fell. Luckily a member of the cleaning crew was there along with another tenant and they immediately tended to him. Staff filled out a report following the fall.

Close to all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Breakfast included. Coffee, lemon water, and cookies in lobby upon arrival. Clean pool area and gym.

Our room from a previous guest or a room near use causing a faint marijuana smell. King bed only separated from sofa bed area with a shower type curtain (must have missed this in description, photos)

there was garbage and a towel in the stairwell for the 3 days we were there. need maintenance/cleaning staff to check all areas. I don’t take elevators when stairs are available and this one was gross. breakfast was all carbs. no fresh fruit like advertised in the posters in the elevator.

I would have preferred more variety of hot foods, and fresh fruit. My granddaughter enjoyed the swimming pool, and even though I didn't use it, I like the idea of the outdoor BBQ area.

There should be more clarity concerning the Non-shuttle service from the airport. And there was an error with my reservation when I arrived!! I reserved a room for 6 people and was told by the staff at the desk there weren't any available. It wasn't until the Manager actually opened my room and verified its 6 person accommodation. He adjusted the bill and reimbursed us for the taxi fare. I appreciated the customer service afterward.

Room was clean and spacious. Loved that it had a couch, full fridge, and kitchen facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great!

Disappointed that pool was under maintenance. Would have liked to be alerted ahead of time. Breakfast needed fruit and options without dairy. Posted instructions for using toaster and waffle maker would be helpful.

SUITES ARE WELL LAID OUT WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO PREPARE FOOD OR ORDER IN. STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND READY TO HELP. BREAKFAST WAS WELL PREPARED AND ENOUGH VARIETY. THE POOL WAS PERFECT FOR OUR PLANS. PROPERTY IS CLEAN.

SINK IN ONE BATHROOM NEEDED REPAIR BUT KITCHEN SINK WAS AVAILABLE FOR BRUSHING TEETH ETC. POOL WAS A LITTLE CHILLY.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Loved the outside spaces with the fire pit, Adirondack chairs and grills for guests to cook their food and relax outside. Gym was 24 hrs and was decently equipped. Awesome location- you can literally walk to the large mall, as well as to lots of shopping areas.

They allow pets but are not cleaning the rooms very good between guests. My black socks had tons of pet hair on them from the carpet. Eeewww! Nasty!! Internet kept dropping. Extremely annoying!!!! Oh, and the 24 hr gym was not cleaned daily!!!

The hotel was centrally located, easily accessible to shopping malls. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was polite. Room size was really good for the five of us. Kids had a nice time and so did we.

The lock did not work for the bathroom and a little more effort needed on the toilet bowl cleaning.

Loved breakfast and the coffee area. My son's favorite thing was hot cocoa anytime.

Our original room had an issue with the toilet and the black our curtain, which kept our daughtee up alot. We were moved and the next morning and the room was perfect.
