We stayed for a concert and it was extremely convenient.

The elevators were in high demand after the concert and the stairs were all locked leaving the elevators to be only way to get to the hotel. Having an attendant at the elevators to help with traffic would have been nice. My sister was with me and she is 5 months pregnant and too many people crammed in the elevator seemed like a risky hazzard that could have been avoided. Also the drunk individuals were playing with the automated handicapped doors.

Wonderful stay at Marriot LECOM Rooms were so nice, view is spectacular. Service is top notch. Brittany has received us with big smile and was very welcoming. It was a very quick check in, and helped me to be a Bonvoy member. I just mentioned that we are celebrating our anniversary. Brittany said, we will have something special for you. After I attended the concert in Key Centre, we returned to the room to be surprised with a very nice bottle of champagne and an excellent dessert. Thanks Brittany for that. The overall experience was excellent. Definitely a marked spot on my map.

No swimming pool

Close to arena & had walk way directly to KeyBank Center. Took my teenage daughter so I loved this. Plus hotel room floors couldn't b accessed in elevator w/out ur room key. Extra layer of protection.

Shower was a disappointment & hair soap/conditioner smelled so bad. Thankful I took my own. Room took a very long time to cool down. Temps outside near 100°.No microwave a bit inconvenient & fridge didn't get cold enough 4 for & can't adjust temp urself.

Liked the updated furnishings, decor, materials used on floors and walls as well as lighting throughout the hotel. Minimal carpeting in the room was wonderful as were the subtle lighting on the headboard and the backlit mirror in the bathroom. The shower was appealing. The attention to detail was the best we have experienced in several years.

I noticed visible dust around the very edges of the room. I don’t know whether your hotel is understaffed or overworked? Both? I also did not like the layout of the hotel (elevator changes to access parking or lobby) or the unavailability of room service past 10:30 PM. Buffalo is a very quiet town on Sunday nights and it is difficult to find something to eat after an event. Alternatively, we would have appreciated a microwave in the room and available ice.

Location of the this hotel in Canalside is wonderful. It is actually located on top of the parking garage so the views from the floor to ceiling windows are really nice. Staff if very professional and responded quickly to my request for a room that had a better view.

The original room assignment was on the 8th floor. You do NOT want to be on this floor as the windows of your room are much smaller and no view at all. Since my booking promised a city view I requested and was given a different room on the 11th floor which was sooo much better with a city view of Buffalo from your floor to ceiling windows. A bit on the pricey side.

All the staff we came in contact with were really friendly especially Ellen and the rooms are nice and very clean. Great channels on TV ( rained and day) and my husband loved the shower.

My confirmation said breakfast was available for $12 per person per night when we asked about it we were told breakfast is only offered on Saturday and Sunday. Ellen offered a couple of alternative options for breakfast the Tim Horoom's at the hotel and a restaurant a couple blocks away neither were what we were looking for but it was nice of her. Also we booked a room with lake view unfortunately the view was blocked by the bridge which was partially our fault it was a rainy day and we asked to check in early and that was the room that was available.
