The staff are nice and helpful.

The room's carpet is old, and so does the bathroom's door. The sink drains very slow. The breakfast is just ok. They need staff to clean the breakfast room's floor. People spilled food & syrup on the floor. The room has its old smell. The mattress is too soft. This place definitely needs an upgrade. They also need a wall-hanging mirror in the living room. The fitness room needs more ventilation. They need to get rid of the leg bench (it's broken). Adding additional equipment would be better.

The very helpful and friendly staff. The room we got was huge. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless.

Our bathroom was miniscule compared to the size of the room. The free breakfasts were less than outstanding. After eating waffles, about the only hot meal offered. for two days we opted to eat at a diner thereafter. The location wasn't really near anything.

very affordable. staff friendly, and helpful. breakfast was good. it was quiet and bed was comfortable. had an indoor pool. only 10 minutes from downtown Schenectady. rooms had refrigerator and microwave.

building is very old and in need of paint and updating. not a luxury hotel.

Location, nice staff, room furniture in good shape, pool, and decent breakfast. But breakfast hours for Saturday and Sunday should be expanded to 11:00 AM.

Outside entrance and property needs to be cleaner and visually more welcoming !

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Buffet warm breakfast was very good - many choices to select from. I also enjoyed the pool. The front desk employees were very professional and polite.

The gym area only had 3 equipments and the treadmill barely worked until my daughter fell off of it and bruised her leg

Big bed and room, hot shower and bathroom had whirlpool tub. 24 fresh coffee machine available in the lobby. Quiet area and in nice location. Staff at check-in very friendly. Offers breakfast from 6am to 10am, pool and fitness center on site.

More lighting in room was a bit dim, electrical cords could of been tucked away better. Didn't like how the side doors locked at 11pm so only access available was lobby which was a big inconvenience. Charges a 50.00 damage fee which wasn't mentioned at time of booking! Smoking rooms they also will apply a 100.00 fee for smoking non tobacco products in them and that info is also provided at check-in. Not enough linens were provided in bathroom could of had more washclothes and towels and box of tissues were empty.

The lovely night staff woman was exceedingly personable and helpful. Her presence ‘made’ my stay. Thank you for her.

The food offerings for breakfast— plenty of sweets but no plain bread or bagel for toast. Hard to have a healthy breakfast. I took only yogurt and coffee.

I like how convenient it was from the location we were headed too.

Desk clerks friendly and attentive. Grandkids loved the pool.

My daughter’s family was in room 206. The minute you walked in you could see how bad the ceiling was in disrepair. Really unsettling.
