Courtyard Charlotte City Center

The staff are very nice and very helpful. I love the location because we where spending the day at the convention center which is only a block away. I will be returning to this hotel if Scentsy Family Reunion comes back to Charlotte.

We booked an extra day. We had to take everything out of the room to put everything back into the same room we had. I was very fortunate they held our luggage for us so we didn’t have to put it back into the car.

VJ ( front desk) was extremely welcoming. My husband and I were distressed upon arrival ( in Charlotte for service of the passing of our newborn granddaughter). VJ sensed our sadness and was so accommodating and supportive. A beautiful soul that was so sensitive to us. She “sealed the deal” that we will stay at this location when in Charlotte.

Our bed was never made nor were clean towels for available for the next day. A call to housekeeping brought the towels. No big deal.

My breakfast was included with my room rate but each time I went to get breakfast the person at the register would try to charge me for the breakfast I told them my breakfast was included with my room rate the lady looked at me and said who told you that it needs to be a better way to let them know your breakfast is included with room rate if not they will charge you without even looking or asking you to check if it’s included.

The lady that checked us in was great. She gave a great explanation for everything. She was very friendly and professional. The security on doors and elevators was a plus. I would recommend this place to all of my friends . My husband and myself would book this place again.

That we didn't book for more than one night . Never got to eat there due to the fact we weren't there long enough. That you can't tip ladies like the wonderful lady who checked us in.

We were in the heart of the city. We had access to all the activities that was scheduled for this weekend. We were able to walk the strip to get a bite to eat. Perfect location!

The information about the room on booking did not match the room. A king size bed and twin sofa bed was not suitable for 3 adults and a 14 yr old. The hotel was too full to accommodate my family and I.

We liked the room. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I liked the court area next to the swimming pool. We were treated with lots of respect. Thank you.

The light in the bathroom kept shutting off without shutting it off. The fan kept working, but the light would go off and after a while, turn itself back on. It took us a while to figure out how to get to the parking deck from the hotel, but it wasn't too bad once we figured out where we needed to go & which elevator to take. Thanks.

When we first checked in the room we were assigned was dirty (towels on the floor, bed unmade, cans on table). We went downstairs and the staff was very apologetic and professional. They moved us to another room and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

The parking deck was small

The location was incredible. It was very modern and clean. The staff was amazing!

The fire alarm in our room malfunctioned and beeped every 30 seconds. Maintenance came right up but could not fix the issue. They did remove the alarm so we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Location close to restaurants and downtown made it easy to explore Charlotte, friendly lobby staff made us feel very welcome, view of pool from room

The lighting in the Bistro was too bright to be a good dinner destination. Also, I had exoected a more private dining area, it is a good place for coffee, but does not have an inviting atmosphere for a meal with friends

We found the hotel with absolutely no problem. The parking garage is literally right beside the hotel, to the right of the entrance. You get a voucher from the front desk so parking is $28 no matter how many times you come and go. At least from my experience. I've read other reviews where they didn't have the same experience we did. The elevator was also extremely easy to find. It's in the center of the parking garage, on ever floor. The elevator brings you to the main floor where you can either go straight and leave the hotel and get on the main street or if you take a left out of the elevator, you're immediately in the hotel lobby. I found none of this confusing, difficult or hard to understand. The hotel is wonderful. The staff was helpful. You get a card key to access the hotel elevators, pool, laundry and your room. We stayed in a double queen room with a courtyard view with the pool. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and sanitized.
