Excellent Location - Breakfast was perfect! The valet service is top notch - they have a smooth process for drop off and they are fast to get the cars out for check out. Very professional valet staff -courteous and kind. The hotel is super clean and we will most definitely stay here again.

There was not enough front door staff - the one person was trying to handle it all- plus the Starbucks counter is no Bueno, the staff was having to help the front desk and make the drinks - and she did not have the supplies she needed to make the drink- literally no milk and used half and half instead. Still charged the full price and the drink was not even filled up. Really not her fault but it should have just been tossed and closed up. I paid and accepted it just to not make a big issue of it- she did not need the extra hassle. It was busy -busy in there. It really should be closed if you do not have what is needed to offer the service. No restaurant is open in the evening but the front desk does say there is one at check in- so they may need to retrain the process maybe.

Liked having a Full service breakfast every day, but it's not necessary for the workers to hand out survey cards with their names on them. Hotel over all was very clean.

Not necessary for the workers to hand out survey cards with their names on them while having breakfast. Only being able to pay with a Credit Card. Other people I know that stayed there, has extra charges - like parking, when they didn't drive - added to their bill. Cash is King.

An “omelette station”… a waffles station… it was MORE THAN I ever expected… EXCELLENT! From the valet parking… to the front desk… to housekeeping… to breakfast staff… and the bar staff… EVERY employee i interacted with was extremely professional… kind… and generous… Wonderful!

The check in time is EXTREMELY late in the day… 4pm… and the room rates are quite high… A customer should be allowed a “courtesy” of check in by 3pm…. 4pm check in is RIDICULOUS!

Breakfast was great! My room size was perfect. The bathroom was beautiful. They asked me what type of room I preferred and then gave me exactly what I wanted which was a corner room! They had a free cocktail hour which was 5pm to 6:30pm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also perfect location to walk around but not right in the busy area so there is less noise.

Living room lighting was a little dim and the TVs didn’t have many channel options, and some of the channels just didn’t work.

Very convenient to major sites downtown. Could walk to restaurants, stadium etc. Staff were great. Cleaning crew were exceptional . Nice jotel.

Breakfast was the worst out of the many ES we have stayed in. Only 1 toaster. Greasy bacon. Only 1 cook for omelets knowing hotel was booked. Need an easier way to enter the serving line. Social hour time could have been longer. Poor snacks. Peppers and dip. Valet too expensive! Very disorganized and poorly trained staff. We witnessed the crammed parking due to our room view. No organization whatsoever in getting cars in and out. We were concerned if we would get car in good condition. Cars were jammed and blocked .This needs immediate attention.

Breakfast food was good. Suite was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was good as well as the drinks. Good location.

The hotel had a large group in for a wedding. The band they hired for a party was so loud, the staff and I had to yell at each other to get me checked in. Got into the elevator to go down to dinner last night and I was with 6 guys from the wedding party stoned and smelled marijuana (strong skunky odor). Later in the night, I could smell it again in the living room area of the suite. Coming in the vents maybe? Lots of noisy guests disturbs quiet for other guests.

I loved how convenient the hotel was from our event. We were in walking distance of some many amazing activities.

I am a loyal Embassy Suites guest. I often look forward to the breakfast. Wanda and Mary Ann were amazing and had amazing sweet spirits but the food was a huge miss. It did not meet the typical Embassy Suites standards I'm used to. The omelet had no flavor. The variety of breads and sides were very limited. There was only toast and self made waffles available. No biscuits. No pancakes. Embassy Suites lay out the spread for breakfast but I wasn't very pleased with the breakfast at all. Also, my partner is vegan. There were no options for my partner to enjoy breakfast as well.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly. The room was very clean and the location was great.

The staff was wonderful after you get into the hotel. The Valet was not up to standard for a hotel like this and the charge of $38 per night. They had 2 guys that were wonderful and the other ladies were rude and not concerned about the people waiting on their vehicles. It was a nice gesture to have free breakfast but the line was so long to get breakfast. we tried Saturday and Sunday and both days were too much.

We really enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel and the rooms. Venus greeted our dog with treats and cuddles, which was very sweet and heartwarming. The cleaning service was great too.

The breakfast line did not sustain the hotel guests well and we had to get the scrambles because we would be in line for an hour. Dodging and weaving through the food area with hot coffee trying not to jump into people was not great.

2 free drinks per guest per night was definitely a plus. Breakfast was good and there was a great variety of food(s). The entire staff from valet, front desk, kitchen staff, those that I encountered and didn’t even know there job title were all nice, friendly, and helpful.

Asked for early check-in and check-out when booked online but was not informed that it would cost an extra $75. Asked for the heat lamps to be turned on outside to avoid smoking around the non-smokers that were sitting around the fire pit. The staff members made the calls but no-one from maintenance or environmental services ever showed. Also, the room refrigerator was not cooling as it should. The front desk was notified and said someone was coming to fix or replace it but again no one from maintenance or environmental services ever showed to repair it. Had to throw out pricey takeout from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
