The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte

The service was amazing. From the time we pulled up to the main entrance. Starletta and Kiara checked us in with ease and professionalism. Then later the folks at BLT Steak, particularly Sarah and Eric, made it a wonderful evening.

I didn't like having to leave. It was a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are very much looking forward to our next stay.

Hotel staff was excellent, hotel was beautiful. Room was nice beds were not that comfortable. I did not like the fact I was charged for parking as for the cost of the stay that should have been included. Enjoyed my stay but would look into other hotels before returning.

Parking charge and a dirty robe in the room was not welcoming.

the staff is great any questions any demand they made it happend the hotel is super clean …even I had a day at spa apoimenr they lady’s were great but there was smelling gas very very strong…aparantly was a city problem ..but still was unstable and they did hit evacuate the problem aria’s

The expresso machine, bathroom, feathered, house sized suite, fast elevators, friendlyness of ALL staff.

Breakfast could have been much better. And hotter. You would think with very few folks there the English muffin would have been hot and the omelet soft as asked.

The food at the BLT Steakhouse is world class! The proximity to the Spectrum for the Journey concert was a bonus.

There was a slight problem with the shower being off balance and the floor got a bit wet. Problem was addressed with staff.

We did enjoy our stay, but the tub had hair in it and cleaning supplies were left in the room. I was also told the hours of pool use so we purchased new swim wear, but the pool was so cold it was unbearable. Other than that the stay was good

We were greeted very warmly and respectfully by all staff. I loved the spacious closet and bathroom! The view was very nice from the floor we were on. They even helped me with a special request with no issues. We ordered room service more than once and was greeted warmly upon delivery. This was a great experience!

I DIDN'T LIKE THAT I HAD STAYED THREE NIGHTS IN A ROW AND I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM TO THE POINT I COULDN'T CHECK BACK IN TIL AFTER 8PM AND THEY STILL MADE ME LEAVE@1PM AND I ASKED FOR IT TO BE FOUR AT LEAST, SINCE MY LAST STAY CHECK IN WAS DIFFICULT, AND I'VE ALREADY BEEN STAYING THERE AND COULDN'T GET NO KIND OF DISCOUNT NO KIND OF RATE ON THE NEXT DAY COUPON OFFER TO SHOW THAT THEY WOULD LOVE FOR ME TO COME BACK AS WELL AS I WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK WITH MY FAMILY ESPECIALLY WHEN WE COULDN'T SWIM AND I DIDN'T GET TO ENJOY THE JACUZZI AND THAT WAS ONE OF MY MAIN REASONS OF GOING WITH MY FAMILY FOR THE BIRTHDAY OF MY 19-YEAR-OLD AND MY GRANDDAUGHTER HER ONLY CHILD TO SWIM IN THE POOL AND FOR ME TO RELAX IN THE JACUZZI DUE TO THE COVID-19 💔😢 OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME 😍😍😍

My wife and I would like to thanks the manager Ms. Kiana and the front door helper Mr. Desi. They were awesome and represented the hotel very well.

The room was phenomenal, the service was awesome, the breakfast was good, and the location was okay. I didn’t care to look at the Epicenter every time I looked out the window.
