Hampton Inn Raleigh/Town of Wake Forest

I really appreciate your availing a breakfast! It takes the pressure of having to prepare for the day. I usually eat a simple breakfast (cold cereal, juice, yogurt-nice addition for me). I would have had a waffle or pancakes, but I slept in too late. (Not a bad tradeoff as I suffer from insomnia!) The staff at the front desk was very nice. Kena (spelling?) was professional and yet personable. I had an abrupt change of travel itinerary and I appreciate the hotel's empathy regarding their cancellation charge policy.

I wish that the bathroom had more towel hooks. I ended up spreading my bath towel over the desk chair to dry (Fortunately, the material was such that it would not be damaged.) I had my first experience with shower gel; I think that I'll stick with soap. The refrigerator did not seem to be working properly (even as we did not need to use it.) It probably should be checked out - room 157.

The staff was exceptional! They all had great attitudes, were helpful, and friendly. It is very difficult to find good service today, But this hotel has the complete package, from the lady who prepared and served breakfast everyday to the ladies and gentleman at the front desk. Housekeeping staff were hard working and helped with all our needs when maintaining smiles. Kudos!!! The main lobby is nicely decorated and clean too.

The rooms need a refresh in my opinion. They seem so dark, even with the windows shades opened. The main doors into the hotel need some attention as they are squeaky and noisy when opening and. closing. We noticed some young people hanging out in their cars at times and were a little concerned about what they were doing and about the safety of our vehicles in the lot over night.

Always is a pleasure to stay!! Staff is great!! Always willing to help on anything! Beds are very comfy, shower always hot and location is a plus! Anytime I go to Raleigh, this is my place to stay! Excellent!!

Air Conditioner could be better. I think that's about it. Nothing else I didn't like, as far as I know. Treat yourself to a nice stay in this Hampton! And rest as you should if going on business or family vacation!

So many comforts makes for an amazing stay . You feel welcome and won't want to leave!! Love: The breakfast, friendly staff, lobby, fitness center... The organization of the room and storage. The bathroom and products available in the room, the refrigerator and charging options were convenient. The cozy beds.

Pool was a bit small but refreshing. Not enough garbage cans in the room.

Hotel actually away from interstate so peaceful and quiet, while still being close to shopping and restaurants. Staff professional and friendly. Incredible breakfast spread with many choices and good coffee!

Luggage cart might need alignment.

I like the way I was treated from the very beginning everyone was so nice even though the hotel was busy very busy they stopped and took care of me and gave me a complementary water and extremely helpful

For the most part they hotel was clean I did see areas where it needed a little dusting but overall extremely clean

The breakfast was very good, helpful breakfast staff. Received the best Southern Hospitality !

We checked in late that evening, took our bags in the room and moved the car to parking. Went back to room and the keys would not work. Back to the desk, the Night Desk Clerk went to the door, could not open, then back to desk for the “Lock Opener”, door finally opened. She moved us to another room & at last...to bed! Beds were very comfortable!

Breakfasts were WONDERFUL….Lot's OF SELECTIONS ….CLEAN & woman in charge was very delightful & helpful! Tiwanda at front desk was so delightful !

Friendly and helpful staff.

Dust on walls, dirty behind toilet. Also found out that dogs have to be 50lbs or less which is disappointing because my puppy is growing and I won't be able to stay there again. Also, it would be nice to have a specific grassy section for dogs. The section that seemed to be for dogs to go potty had wood chips. T

Did not get a chance to eat,had to be at event very early in morning .The location was great not far from the event we had to attend in Downtown Raliegh.

Everything was fine.
