Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Raleigh North - Wake Forest, an IHG Hotel

Location met all requirements Breakfasts need help. Each day there was vegetable egg omelets with either sausage or bacon. No variance. There was cereal but no milk until the end of the week. This same thing happened the last time I stayed there, Sliced bread, but not much else, other than sweet stuff. They try hard for what they have to work with. The coffee is good.

They should do away with the courtesy bags in the food court. The kids come in there and fill them up with the bars of whatever is in the area after they have eaten breakfast and take them with them when they leave for the day. Money for that stuff should go for better breakfast food.

The breakfast could have been a little better. They should have had a different type of meat they had the same meat for whole stay that I was there.

Room service. We had trash that was set out side of our room which they didn't get. It stayed there the whole day. We had to ask the people at the from desk for bigger trash bags to put it in the main trash ourselves. Our room key kept deactivating for whatever reason. When we arrived the room key didn't work.

Staff very friendly James & Lance very helpful & courteous. Front desk staff welcoming & warm Sonia, Laurie & Spenser. Had much conversation with them very genuine.

Hotel front desk provided outstanding customer service. housekeeping staff courteous and accommodating. I was impressed by the clean rooms!!!

I am a hotel snob.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with many items to choose from. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was pretty bare bones as far as amenities but it met my expectations for the price.

I would have liked daily housekeeping but I understand that the pandemic was the reasoning for limited housekeeping. There was no hair dryer in the room.

I have stayed many times when visiting my daughter and her family. I have never been disappointed by the service, quality and overall cleanliness of this facility. I will be staying again.

I love this hotel. I have stayed twice and I have never been disappointed. it was nice and I asked for extra towels and rags, they already had them in the room. the employees were very nice. the rooms were cleans as well.

Love how close it was from family members house, overall very comfortable, no issues with anything. Would definitely be coming back for another visit.

Bathroom was not as cleaned as it should have. Found a couple of hair strands on toilet (which I made from desk aware of) front desk asked if I wanted the room changed and I said it was fine, luckily i had cleaning Lysol wipes that were very useful!

The warmer didn't keep the eggs warm, the omelet wasn't warm either. The coffee was great! The location is okay for breakfast

Nothing to dislike, just improve on breakfast warmers for your eggs and omelets.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. The hotel was in a nice location. Lots of TV channels on a nice TV. Bathroom was clean also. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The walls are a little thin. I could hear someone snoring away in the next room. I usually bring ear plugs but forgot them.
