It was clean, employees were friendly, our room smelt amazing.

The ac was a little loud but I didn’t mind because I like background noise but it may be bothersome to others. There wasn’t any towels stocked in the pool area. They only have one washer and dryer set up for the whole hotel. It would be nice to have one on each level so everyone is fighting to use the same one. We did notice an employee letting someone in the pool after hours which wasn’t the fairest but I still give it a 5 star review. We will definitely be back!

This fairly new property is well located set back on a main road. Nice lobby, swift elevators, ample close parking, quiet hallways, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding, with a spacious area for getting our food, plenty of places to sit, and different menu choices each day. The. warm cinnamon rolls were so good! We were greeted our first morning by the food manager, who wanted to be sure we were well satisfied--a first for us. Overall, this was a great stay, and we would recommend to anyone.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

I like the cleanliness of the room, the fact that it's in a location with stores and plenty of restaurants to walk too. The staff was very friendly, nice, and helpful. We especially enjoyed the conversation with the young lady at the front desk. She was running the place with ease and she was very friendly and professional. She checked us in on Saturday and checked us out on this morning. I will definitely come back because of her hospitality.

There was nothing not to dislike.

I loved the big, comfy bed, the room having coat hangers by the door, USB plug-in's and plenty of outlets, a good amount of desk space as well as a lower spot to put my luggage, soft pillows, the glass shower doors, having pumps inside the bathroom rather than the usual too-small comp items, and the backlighting behind the TV was a nice touch. The mini fridge and microwave are always appreciated. Even the front staff when I checked in was really nice, and the fresh flowers were a nice touch. Having corned beef hash as well as the usual scrambled eggs was nice, as well as the fresh cinnamon rolls. The fresh pancake machine was nice too!

Honestly everything was lovely! I've always thought it'd be cool to be able to open the shade (the one that blocks out sunlight, not the sheer one) from the bed, but I wouldn't expect that. Maybe more protein options for the breakfast? Perhaps a waffle maker as well??? Honestly this place was really nice, it made me feel spoiled compared to quite a few hotels I've stayed in while traveling for work.

The facility was very easy to get to, close to the highway and local amenities. This particular location was also relatively new and it was very clean. The size, layout, and options for storage space inside the room were very functional and made great use of the space. There was plentiful space for two people and the room would've been comfortable with up to four adults.

The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of vent fans in the bathroom. The bathroom was very stuffy and got incredibly hot and humid when someone took a shower because there was no ventilation to remove the humidity. Simply adding a fan to the bathroom would've been a huge bonus, especially since the hotel rooms are relatively small and compact, the humidity was difficult to escape or ventilate, even with the air conditioning running as low as it could go.

#1 was the staff (Steven in particular) great people person and very polite to my fiancé and I. 2) Housekeeping attention to detail, We’ve stayed in quite a bit of hotels in the past 2 years traveling and it’s obvious to us now what good housekeeping looks like and this checked the mark. 3) The breakfast staff was great, the man bringing out the meals was very attentive and kept fresh eggs and sausage coming !

Noise. I’m not sure if the hotel was having work done or not but throughout the morning we could hear loud banging every few minutes. Other than that we did sit at the front desk for 10 mins waiting to be checked in but I understand staffing issues as a manger so the most important thing was Steven was very polite when he did arrive to check us in.

Location was absolutely perfect! Plenty of restaurants and places to shop within walking distance. Breakfast was very filling, and there were many options. My husband has stayed here before for work purposes and raved about the pancakes. He was really looking forward to those bad boys however the pancake maker was out of service. Our room was very spacious, quiet and very clean!!! Will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone as well as booking again!

Easy access to our handicap room (first floor, close to the entrance). Friendly staff. Provided clean towels when requested. Always asked if we needed anything when we went by the front desk.

As a disabled 70 year old woman who needs handicapped accommodations, the bed was too high and I required help getting into bed. Disliked having to walk by tv’s playing news. When I’m on vacation, I want a break from all of stressors of life.

We have always been fans of the Holiday Inn. This one is new and smells that way. Our welcoming walk into the lobby was greeted by friendly staff. The fresh smell of new and clean surrounded us. Entering our beautiful room provided another subtle fresh sent. Having stayed the previous night at a disappointing competitor, every impression this time lead to smiles. The indoor pool looked inviting and the 24 hour fitness area tiring. Breakfast had great choices from omelets and sausage to cold cereal and muffins. We had 24 hour access to coffee, tea and cocoa. Our room was able to be darkened to sleep in and we could not hear surrounding rooms. This was a perfect place to relax at a time we needed to.

Clean and peaceful room that was very much needed! Staff recommended some local restaurants for dinner and we chose the Italian Bistro which was phenomenal! Breakfast was lovely and fresh as well as good variety.

There is a little bit of a commute to the beaches though I wouldn't say it's a draw back because you get to step away from crowds and chaos. The area of the hotel is still very new development, so that being said the roads are under construction with many new businesses in the process of being built.
