Courtyard Cleveland Independence

it’s a very nice spot it’s located in the back of all the other hotels I came on new years and still the noise was over by 2am. it has a indoor pool that actually works it was down earlier today they made sure it was back and running by time I checked in at 3pm restaurants all over

it’s not much I don’t like about the property other than you can’t smoke inside but you have a balcony you can step on and smoke

I like that we can open the window for fresh air. Also like the laundry facilities.

Rooms could be a little bigger, with a bigger fridge that actually has space to put food and drinks. I was constantly picking contents up from the floor when I opened the door.

The staff was nice the hotel was clean quiet and relaxing the hrs for the pool I love because it gave me and my family time in with out a lot of kids or people

The water is $5 over priced no microwave in rooms the hot tub jets doesn’t make bubble it’s like the pressure is off but still want say I would come back

We took notice of how very clean our room is as well as the bathroom which we didn't see any dark corners or grout on the tiles. Although the amenities were minimal but we had everything we need. Love staying here and would love to come back.

There's really nothing to complain... Everything is comfortable and convenient for us. Restaurants and other places that one might look for are within easy reach as well as the highway

The room was clean and spacious. Carl greeted us right away when we checked in and was super friendly. We had an issue in the first room we were given but Carl moved us without hesitation to another room.

The bed was a little bit firm for my liking.

Everything was great. Lobby and room were clean and stylish. Everything was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

I was most shocked that coffee wasn’t free in the morning since I thought most hotels at least offered coffee. The stay was a decent value.

The location was ideal. We've stayed in the area before. We know a bit about the general area because it's a nice "stopping point" on a longer driving trip, and we've been making the stop occasionally for 30 years.

The bed pillows are lousy. Also, another guest on the same floor permitted their young children to run up and down the hall the next morning. We didn't complain because we were already awake, but it was concerning.

I was very impressed with the hotel as a whole. I can't wait to come back soon. Next time I would like to enjoy the food, and drinks from the bar.

A guest was very rude to my family, but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Would definitely stay here again, or recommend it.

Our room was on the elevator shaft, so after 1am that's all we heard was the elevator going up and down. Then not sure if there was a stockroom/storage room near us or what, but about 1-1:30 am there was lots of racket going on. Then, I'm definitely glad I set our alarm, we never rec'd our wake up call, we could have completely slept in and maybe not make check out time.

it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. the room was amazing my cousin had a room across the hall from mine and her room was great the pool and hot tub was incredible
