Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Its location.

It’s public parking and the ramp that they use to park vehicles in has very low ceilings. Lucky for us we had a vinyl topper because even though it scraped it was able to adjust and we were able to get our van in and out but barely. we did discover tears in the topper. However we felt a lot safer in there than on the street because of the homeless community.

We were on the second floor- strong/intermittent smell of sewer gas in the room. Also a lot of noise from elevator. But room and hotel were great minus these two things.

This is a great choice if you are attending an MLB or NBA game downtown. The hotel is right across the street from Progressive Field, walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. There are a bunch of great bars nearby where you can pre-game. There's even a Rally House store on the street where you can buy Cleveland gear. The valet parking is cheaper than game day parking, so why not? I felt bad for other family members who had to drive to the game, deal with traffic and parking, and then someone had to stay sober in order to drive home through all the traffic. We had a blast before, during and after the game, then just walked a few steps to our hotel and crashed. It was a great experience.

Coffee, tea and breakfast is made to order in the little restaurant attached to the hotel. It was not included with our room at least. After we checked the menu we decided to take a little walk to a nearby diner which had better options and atmosphere.

location - sturdy heavy doors and walls - excellent shower (walk-in a plus). soaps and lotions in containers instead of the usual small cake soaps. tv was huge! toilet was fantastic ! excellent flushing instead of the slow water-saving kind ! room was clean! love the outlets in the sides of the bed!

absolutely love this place! it’s my “go to” — although for over $300 there could possibly offer some kind of continental breakfast? maybe just some pastries or fruit. wouldn’t have to do the whole breakfast buffet thing ie eggs potatoes waffles etc.

Perfect location for our visit, a short uber ride to all of the sites and across the street from Progressive field. Very clean and quiet. The staff was accommodating with our check in time and with storing our luggage until our flight upon check out.

The Market prices were a bit hefty. The restaurant staff was very slow during breakfast and never came back to check on us to refill our beverages. Should probably just have beverages available as part of the buffet.

Centrally located in the Gateway district.... Perfect. A short walk to First Energy stadium, just over a mile, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Right across from Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and one block from Progressive field. Restaurants, bars, pubs literally everywhere. Valets took our car the first day, didn't need it at all the next 3 days. Helpful staff, clean rooms. Highly recommend, for the price.

Need to stock rooms.with more coffee or at least make it easier to get. Had to come downstairs every morning and get coffee for.the Keurig. Staff kind of scrambled to.find coffee and creamer to give us.

amazing location, modern decor and super friendly staff!

valet or street parking are the only options which of course is typical with any downtown buildings. The only issue is that street parking is not allowed during any events happening across the street at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Cars parked there will receive a ticket and unfortunately there are no warnings or signs for events! This isn’t a reflection of the hotel just something to be warned of and makes valet a necessity

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who checked me in and gave me some excellent advice on the area. As soon as I went up to my room I noticed it was very clean. It had all that I needed for the 2 night stay. My main reason for the visit was to go to the Rock and Roll Hall Fame so this hotel was in the perfect location. An Uber car took no more than 10 minutes to get to the museam. In regards to local places to eat, I visited the City Tap bar which I would highly recommend and it was only yards away. The food is excellent along with the staff so don't forget to visit this place. Regards breakfast I went to the hotel restaurant and was very impressed with the hospitality - the breakfast was delicious and the team member on duty was very helpful and polite (even brewed a fresh pot of decaf coffee just for me) When I had to leave the hotel for the airport (it was around 3am) the member of staff on shift was extremely helpful being that early in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel as the next time I visit Cleveland I would make sure I book this hotel.

There wasn't anything I didn't like,

The staff was phenomenal. So friendly and kind and offered recommendations for restaurants, etc. I was very impressed. The room was very clean and comfortable, seemed to be recently renovated as everything was in perfect condition.

The room overlooked the street and it was as though the window wasn't even there. SO LOUD it made it difficult to sleep and I even had earplugs in. I think the hotel needs some noise dampening windows, curtains, something! Next stay I will ask for a room at the back of the hotel. The curtains also let in a lot of light, I would hope for better quality for the amount we paid for our stay.

We didn’t eat breakfast, not sure if it was included as reception didn’t mention it. Staff was super friendly and accommodating . Location was great. Right across from where our concert was.

Room wasn’t ready till after 4. Valet at the end of our stay lost my ticket and after waiting and watching others come and go, finally asked where our car was. We identified our keys still on key rack and then they quickly got our car
