The layout of the room was great. We also like the sink being in the bathroom and not out by itself. The rolling table was useful also.

The water in the shower was either scalding (really) or cold. We called about it and we think they did something to the controls because we could then get a tepid temp. The tv had a really poor selection of channels and had no way to get streaming channels.

Location, outside seating areas with firepit, very quiet, kitchenettes and even though we never used it, the pool and exercise center looked very nice.

Our bathroom smelled of urine horribly bad and the garbage can under the sink was filthy, coffee was still in the coffee pot and our kitchenette counter had visible coffee stains and our shower had hair in it. Not sure the place was cleaned properly or at all. I went downstairs and got lysol wipes to clean areas of our room. However, the bathroom smell was the worst.

I like the fact that it has a small kitchen and that you can cook in your room. the options for breakfast are good and the room was clean.

I don’t like that on your website it says shower or bath and you only had stand up showers. I called for house keeping twice they told me they will let me know when they will be able to do it. the next morning at almost 8 they were knocking on the door. they never got back to me they just showed up and I wasn’t even woke and I wanted to be out the room.

Breakfast was amazing! And the location was beautiful! The breakfast was on time every morning, like they promised, and there were so many options to choose from. The location was in a smaller town, and it was so pretty, and everything was pretty close.

The parking could have been a little better. There wasn't too much room to park, and it was very full at night. Very tight parking spaces as well.

The hotel's location is moderate, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There is no wifi in the room, and the front desk staff patiently tried to assist but tried many times to no avail. It would be easier for motorists if there were signs before the W Creek Rd turn left into the hotel.

Great design and decor. A beautiful hotel with a modern look and feel. Pleasant ambiance all around. Spacious suite with well-equipped kitchen. They even had a toaster that delighted the kids! Also loved the way the cookery was arranged; practical and appealing. The free Wi-Fi was excellent. Lots of breakfast options. Cable TV channel options. Clean rooms and common areas. Gym on site. Laundry on site. Indoor pool (but closed due to COVID-19). Good access to highways. Free parking; lots of it. Walking distance to Cleveland Clinic (for those who may be staying in the area because of the Clinic).

The bathroom was quite small. The indoor pool was closed due to COVID-19 at a time when other hotels have opened up. No restaurants within comfortable (safe side-way and pedestrian crossing) walking distance. But Grubhub orders were delivered in good time. At least the kids didn’t loose patience with the delivery!

I liked everything about the hotel. The room was a nice size it was very comfortable. The staff was really nice. The service was amazing. The hotel location was nice it was close to my family and it have lots of stores and restaurants that were nearby.

The only thing I could say is that the bathroom door wouldn’t close and I think the lock was broke. So we had to use the bathroom and shower with the door open. It was okay bc it was just me and my boyfriend but if it would’ve been family or friends I would’ve asked to move to a different room. I stayed in room 147.

It was so comfortable.

The pool area was completely COLD! The temperature in the pool room was low (no heat) so we couldn’t enjoy the pool it was ICE cold… And why is it taking so long for my Hold on my card to refund me because the room was $210 online and when I arrived on site my card was charged $360+ dollars..

The location of this hotel was easy to access. The lobby is nice and clean and I liked that they had some snacks for purchase. The pool is currently closed but the gym is open 24 hours. Our room was clean and much larger than expected. The breakfast in the morning was great!

Reservation was made thru booking. Com the hotel had NO record of this I Paid booking. Com $!50.00 for this room When I got to the hotel IPaid $180 Again Trying to get refund from booking. Com
