Centrally located downtown. Felt safe. Super clean. 2 bedroom apartment is fantastic and incredibly comfortable. Very large, simple design and beautifully decorated. Shared spaces including family/game room, gym etc are clean and modern. All needed amenities in apartment and then some. Gorgeous, large windows make apartment bright, comfortable and homey.

The front desk staff is not particularly friendly, unknowledgeable about the area, and we’re not quite sure of their purpose. Building had no or minimal sound proofing. You can hear all the noise from the streets below in the living room well into the middle of the night. Closing the bedroom doors is incredibly helpful however we could hear the clomping of our upstairs neighbor until 4am on the weekend.

Loved everything about the property. It was clean, spacious and comfy. The laundry facilities really came in handy. Would love to come back and stay again.

Our room keys did not work. Apparently everyone had the same issue. The problem was resolved on the second of our 3 day trip. We needed to be let into our room by staff, every time we returned to the hotel. On the last day we received a notification that the water was being shut off for the whole building from 9-11pm. This too was an inconvenience. We are waiting to hear back from them concerning these two incidents.

I stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a living room/dining area. There were tvs in each bedroom and the living room. There was a full kitchen and a washer dryer. There was laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, plates, glasses, pots, pans utensils, knives, and paper towels. They supplied everything for the kitchen except food. The apartments are in the old May's department store. The ceilings are very high. They did a super job of repurposing the building. There is a rooftop with gas grills you can use and gas fireplaces to sit around. There is another rooftop area with Cornhole and other games on astroturf plus more gas fireplaces to sit around. They have complimentary bike rentals and a gym. There is a garage downstairs with charging for EVs. I stayed there to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was within walking distance. There's also a huge casino across the street.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. We also got a warm welcome upon arrival. Yaya at the reception was really nice and made us feel comfortable while we waited until check in time. The apartment was not noisy, very peaceful, smelled good and the people we met at the lobby or lift during our stay as part of the residents were polite and friendly. The kitchen has all you'll need to make a decent meal during your stay. The apartment has a washing and drying machine which made laundry easy during our stay. We got what we were promised when we booked the apartment so I'll surely recommend it to anyone.

I would have preferred if more toiletries was made available in the bathroom.

Location was great. Food outside your door and a street full of trendy bars and restaurants is around the corner. You have so much space! I was visiting town with an old friend so we came back early and hung out in the living room. It was like being in a super stylish home instead of a hotel. It worked out so well for us. The bedrooms were cozy and dark. Great for sleeping with beautiful bathrooms and nice toiletries!

The parking garage is awkward. They want you to park on a floor that's locked for guests but we arrived before check in and could not access it. We just wanted to put our stuff down so we could explore the city. We came back to move our car and we had to leave the lot and drive all the way around the block in heavy traffic to get into the locked floor of the garage. It was inconvenient. I would have rather kept my car on the bottom floor. They accidentally put us in a room that was already occupied but remedied it quickly and were very apologetic. No big deal, accidents happen. The staff was great. The heat kept kicking on at night so it was a bit warm. I kept getting up to turn it down.

Chic look. Comfortable bed. Great location. Awesome staff. The kitchen was nicely appointed as well. Everything was immaculate.

The parking fee wasn't clear. We had to double that amount since we had two cars. I would have made different arrangements had I known the parking would be so much. I could have Ubered from home at a cheaper cost. It is really hard to regulate the heat. While the high ceilings and windows look good, they let in alot of cold air. While the furniture is contemporary, it's not very comfortable. I did request an apartment with a chaise couch, but didn't get one.

We loved this place! Best stay we've had during all of our travels. Room was perfectly appointed. VERY clean. Smelled so good! Staff was wonderful. Super convenient location to walk for dinner, drinks, and entertainment. Great view of Public Square.

Check-in and parking were a bit cumbersome. I think we were supposed to get an email with instructions but didn't. That may have helped. It's a little rough at night at PS but this location for walking can't be beat.

EVERYTHING!!! Besides key situation...but all in all it was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Keys deactivated mysteriously after a long day and having to go get the yourself downstairs instead of having it made a brought to you... Front desk person could not leave since she was the only one. Understandable but still the security was there and it could would have been a brief moment she would have been away and they could have manned the desk until she returned. Had to wake up others to see if they had keys that worked only to find out that none worked besides one that was with someone that wasn't back in the hotel yet. So after going up and down 4-5 times, I still had to go get the key remade. Very inconvient... Still no explanation why keys were deactivated.

The property is in a great location and within walking distance to several great restaurants and attractions. The rooms are quite large and very clean. Staff is super friendly. Attached parking garage is convenient and easy to access.

While this property is pet friendly, you have to cross several busy streets to get to a green space for your dogs to go potty. Rooms facing Prospect can be extremely loud as vehicles driving by like to play music at max volume.

excellent apartments with great appliances. all modern furniture, and very clean. there is a very helpful front desk, private elevators and a very nice outdoor terrace for everyone’s use.

the property has parking in the same building that connects directly to the hotel. unfortunately it is not managed by the hotel and it is very complicated to get a pass for in and out privileges
