This was a great location to all that we did, Zoo, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, Sunset cruise and hiking that we did at local parks. Breakfast was very good! Lots of variety and hot foods! Front desk people were helpful, gave us extra items as needed. We put garbage out, they came and picked it up.
Our room wasn't the cleanest, but I brought wipes and spray and wiped down things. All was good!

The breakfast was basic but fine. The beds were comfortable.
We had to change the room 3 times because the space in front of the first room was very dirty and in two more rooms it was impossible to switch off very loud air-condition. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and found the solution for us - a room in an upper level, where everything was fine and quiet. Still we believe the hotel should focus on cleaning the areas in front of the rooms.

We loved the room, was nice and clean. The water pressure and temp was awesome. We loved having a big kitchen. We liked the breakfast that was provided.
Our TV did not work when we came back from our event, but they gave us a credit on our room. This made us happy. The credit seems to be taking time to come on my account but they sent me an email with the details. thank you!

I was surprised that we had to actually light our own fire just assume it would have been electric but it worked out ! Employees should be more aware of their surroundings and be more cautious of things they say and how they speak upon other guest over heard conversations I shouldn’t have

What I liked about this property is the privacy that each room gives you and the easy access from your car into your hotel room. They offered great amenities and appliances as well. I loved the fact that you had the option to store and cook your own food with access to dinning ware and cooking ware.
The only think I would say that was inconvenient about this property is the fact they don’t accept chime or cash app credit or debit cards. If you are booking with a third party app you won’t know until you get there that they they only take major banks and credit cards.

The place was great, clean, easy one night stay. Everyone was friendly. Had small breakfast and decent coffee in the morning
Booking.com over sold rooms and gave us a room that didn't exist, so we had to settle for something smaller, nothing to do about it and no big deal but it would be nice to get what we were expecting when we reserved a room.

Nice property near the freeway. Clean and comfy. Came with my husband for an event. Have a pool, dining area (closed due to Covid) and basketball court.
Didn’t realize it was also shared with permanent tenants who live there. Also, no breakfast in dining area due to Covid. Minor issues but great stay.

Spacious rooms and convenient kitchen area. Close to downtown area and good value. Didn’t realize they had a basketball hoop until we were leaving. I would come back and hope to have respectful guests near us the next time.
The other guests were very noisy late at night but other than that it was good.
