Best Western Dallas Inn & Suites

The location was perfect and surrounded with stores and restaurants close by. The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in and AC was always perfectly working.

We almost got into a fight with other guests that didn't monitor their clothes while washing. They left it there and never check on it. And my family and another one was trying to do laundry as well. The front desk provided a solution so we can continue using it, but the guest eventually came and was pissed at us. I told them to deal with the front desk. Maybe it if was closer to the front desk to help monitor if it's being left alone, it wouldn't start all this tension between guest:) other that that .. everyone else (staff and other guest) were cool!!

for some reason did not care for the gravy. Love the waffles and you had sugar-free syrup. Bacon would have been nice. Always appreciate hard-boiled eggs. did not look to see if you had any, I brought my own. Your scrambled were nice. not overcooked.

Did not like the coffee but you had good tea. Love the evening cookies. Having a coffee stand nearby saved the day for me

The breakfast was okay, but not enough choice, when you are staying for 10 days it became boring. Breakfast was included in our price however we only took the breakfast for one day. There were local eateries nearby where we went instead.

The cleaners only came in to hoover and change bedding when requested. So was a little disappointed that this was not done on a regular basis. Would have preferred a cooked breakfast menu, or some fresh fruit.

it was just one day stayed but we enjoyed it!! There was a super nice gentleman at the front desk!! wow his service went above and beyond!! He was so polite and super helpful and given all information so accurate!! He even gave me info in some falls in Oregon. Thank you so much!!Room was okay, clean!!

It did not have a pool that it’s okay!! Bathroom was weird. Toilet and bathroom inside and faucet outside!!! anyways everything worked well.

It was a very nice large suite. Including kitchen, dining, living area and separate bedroom with a large walk in closet.

No dishes or kitchen utensils at all. We didn't need them but just wondering if we did would we get them from the staff or should know to bring our own. Also it would have been nice to have the pool up and running in over 100 degre wether.

We stayed here to be close to my son’s graduation from Western Oregon University. We were very happy that we got 2 nice big rooms here. During covid its a little different staying at a hotel, especially since there is no maid service during your stay. However we understood and got all of the essentials that we needed from the nice people at the front desk. Great stay and very close to Western Oregon University.

No elevator, but since the gym was closed, the stairs was our daily exercise!

The location is great, centrally located to anything you might need in Dallas. Plenty of food, drink and shopping options nearby

The beds were a little uncomfortable but when you are used to your overpriced fancy mattress at home that is to be expected and nothing I would hold against the hotel!

The front desk worker was amazing! We stay in hotels all the time, but never have I had hotel staff be as friendly and helpful as her. She also helped us out with directions and gave us multiple snacks for my toddler. The hotel was really quiet and peaceful.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The spa tub in the room was really small. This hotel advertises that they have a pool and they DONT, which would have been a deal breaker for us before booking since we have a toddler who was looking forward to swimming after being in the car all day.

Clean facility and excellent staff. Great continental breakfast with a good variety of items to choose from.

There was no pool at this location and the hot tub was down for service? The breakfast was great with plenty to eat. I don't understand with the covid issues of no pools, hot tubs or daily housekeeping. Why are the prices still going up. I think there should be a small discount when things don't work or are out of service for a prolong time period. We did enjoy our stay.

The staff were extremely nice. The hotel was spotless and smelled clean.

No elevator, and I didn’t see that when I booked the room. And because I booked with booking.com, I couldn’t change to a different room unless I paid for both rooms. The coffee had much to be desired. I’m very thankful coffee was offered. The pool was out of order.
