Holiday Inn Express : Eugene - Springfield, an IHG Hotel

Nice, big, clean and tastefully decorated rooms with good in room coffee and amenities. Bed was little harder than we like, but linens were fresh and clean and LOVED the full sized pillows on the bed instead of the small ones a lot of hotels seem to be using now. Lighting was good, lots of charging ports for electronics. Liked the blinds and how well they kept out first morning light. Was pleasantly surprised at how sound proof the rooms were. Breakfast provided was good and had lots of choices. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, medical center and the freeway. Staff friendly and tried their best to accommodate to the best of their ability.

Other than the hotel ran out of in room coffee pods and couldn't provide more when asked, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our short time there.

The room was clean, comfortable and nice and cool when we walked in being it was hot outside. Very nice shower toiletries and I forgot my toothbrush plugged in at my house, so they had one I got from the front desk. Breakfast included was awesome and had so much to choose from 😊

The pool and hot tube were one of the reasons we picked this place to stay but the pool felt a little too much on the cool side. We wish it had been a little bit warmer but overall it was nice.

the staff was super great and helpful and kind. the location was great and conveniently located near stores. it felt safe and clean. I liked the breakfast and the 24-hour coffee and tea station in the lobby. the fridge and coffee maker in the room was also convenient. I liked that maids didn’t come into our room unless we asked so it felt less intrusive. the parking was plentiful.

the smell in the building (not in the lobby) was really bad. the first day, the 2nd floor where we stayed, and our room smelled strongly of perspiration or mold or something foul and it was repulsive from the moment we got out of the elevator. maybe it was stagnant or needed fans. it got better the next day but I wish there was some kind of air freshener or a window could open.

Didn't get breakfast . Had to leave early for operation it's one thing I didn't get to have . Fitness center was nice used it hours of operation were favorable place was clean too . Coffee tea available 24 hours got plenty of towels and location was great just minutes from several places to eat .

Longer hours for breakfast or start sooner than 6am my trip was for operation ar peace health had to be there by 0530 or maybe a to go bag for breakfast be an option bagel yougart juice granola bar fruit ..

Beds are very comfortable. The sheets and bedspread do seem a bit short for them, though. The lighting and modern look to the bathroom and room are very nice. Breakfast options were adequate, albeit basic. We had no problems finding enough to eat. Pool, hot tub, and fitness area were clean and comfortable.

There's basically zero air circulation in the bathroom. Taking a shower turned the room into a sauna. We asked others about their rooms, and they said the same thing.

Hotel and room were very clean. Front desk and housekeeping crew were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and had everything you would want. Best coffee I've ever had at a hotel. My room was nice and the carpet was clean. Location is good.

You can do without the face masks people are over that. I don't care for the low-flow shower heads.

Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Beds are nice. Lots of lighting and usb ports. Location is near all the freeways for access to town but I didn't hear road noise.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. When I checked in the front desk person talked it up - mentioned bacon, etc. There were only cold eggs and hash browns for hot foods. Trashed my plate and took a bagel and yogurt for the day. Coffee was good.

Everything!!! The beds were amazing, the facilities were amazing! The staff was amazing!!

Nothing, every other hotel can learn from this one on taking care of your customers!!

The hotel is very clean, very good pandemic protocols in place. Met with a smile and polite staff. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. HVAC control on the wall worked well and kept the room very comfortable and able to turn off at night for a quiet nights rest. The location was just off the interstate with plenty of food options available near by. I would recommend the hotel

The only issue I had was a very (VERY) loud vehicle that started each morning between 5:20 and 5:30. Not sure if it's a staff member, or a guest, but very rude awakening (and I'm sure I wasn't the only one)

The breakfast was very good and it varied a bit from day to day which was nice. We were there several days, and I left some property in my room. The staff (front desk & Housekeeping) made sure I got it back.
