Easy access to the old town portion of Florence. Good parking, Even with being right on HWY 101 we didn't notice a lot of noise at night. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We didn't interact with staff except for check in. They were friendly and helpful. They gave us info on a future stay when we bring our pets. They had a list of hotels that accept pets in the local area they had printed and waiting to give guests. That was a nice gesture.
The room was not air conditioned but we did have a fan and a white noise machine that made the room a little more comfortable to sleep. With that said, if we are traveling in the future without pets we will stay here again. This was not a deal breaker.

It was a great location walking to downtown Florence, easy access to great beaches and wonderful staff helped us out with all our questions. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We will be back!
The only downside was that our room was hot. A fan was provided but didn't fully cool the room. The windows only open on top for safety. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the facility felt very safe.

Might be odd to say but I really like the bathroom. I love the shower head. And I love the fact that the shampoo and body wash were in containers mounted on the shower wall. It was nice to have a microwave and mini fridge available. Nice television bed was comfortable. While this motel did not seem to have air conditioning they did provide a nice tall fan if you needed one. The outside of the motel is pleasant to look at and they had a lot of flowers hanging in pots. I plan on staying here again when I'm in Florence.

Location was great old town was right below us through the parking lot. We were able to walk down and browse old town, have dinner and walk back-that made for a really nice evening.
I had to sign too many agreements about what would happen if I accidently lost the key or brought in a pet. I don't travel with pets and I didn't plan to lose a key so I did sign the paperwork. However, the more I think about it the less I like their strongarm lanquage. They might think about getting keys that aren't such a big deal. And get some more regular coffee packages in the room for the morning. Not all of us are into so much decaf.

Room was very clean, bed was good. Didn't have breakfast at hotel so can't rate that. Front desk night staff need to be a bit more attentive to their guests.
Parking sucked. They need to evaluate their tenancy before they offer airport parking accommodations. Their guests shouldn't have to park on the curbs just to have parking in the lot.

The room was comfortable and clean though I thought the price was a bit high for the accommodations, but that's Florence. Furnishings were a mix of updated and older. I appreciated the armchair with lamp and the table and chairs as I had work to do during my stay and dislike working while sitting on a bed. The location is great for walking to the town center and the noise from the nearby highway was not too disruptive.

The location was perfect... Right next to Old Town.. short walk to the bars and restraunts... Great Price... Shuttle service to Casino...Excellent customer service... 100% will stay here again...
The only thing I can find needing improvment would be an upgrade in the furniture... But, everything was comfortable and clean...

I liked how close it is to the Old Town. It was an easy walk from the motel.
I didn’t like that breakfast was listed as part of the package and then I was told it was no longer served. I think the room fee should be reduced if the motel is no longer serving breakfast.

Location is walkable to cute shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Little Brown Hen Cafe is close by and SO GOOD
Our room was under the stairs with a view of the garbage but other than that it was a good find.

Loved that it was right next to Old Town!!! It was clean and comfy too!
1- weird thing happened… when I tried to set the alarm clock it shocked me…the wiring was exposed. But I’m sure they didn’t know this was a problem.
